Don't waste your time and money at this place. This place is not worth it. It's horrible. They don't listen to what you really want. I even showed her a picture and she didn't even want to bother to look at the picture so I assumed she already knew what she was going do. I asked for a simple pearl tip and the tip was halfway on my nail and I asked for a specific shape and she couldn't do it. She even had to start over on one of the nails because she filed too much and it got shorter. So after I told her that now it was too short she kind of got upset and was a little rough on my hand to the point that it did hurt. I had to show her the picture again and she still couldn't get the shape right. I'm leaving to Dallas tomorrow morning so I can't come back and redo them. I have never in my life experienced anything as appalling as this. The customer service was beyond unacceptable -- truly the worst I've ever encountered. I asked for a specific nail shape: thin, square-round. What I got was completely wrong -- just plain square. On top of that, my pedicure was botched and they even cut my toe. When I asked for my manicure to be corrected, they refused to fix it because they were closing, and instead told me to return the next day. I spoke with the manager, Queenie, who made me an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, Misty -- who was supposed to help -- immediately began arguing with me and speaking over me before even looking at my nails. After finally checking them, she said she couldn't fix them. I calmly asked for a refund and to have the nails removed. She told me I'd have to pay to take off the nails they ruined -- or pay again to fix them. When I explained that Queenie had promised a full redo, Misty outright lied, claiming Queenie had said they would only fix the white tips. I reiterated what was actually discussed, but instead of taking accountability, Misty continued to argue with me for nearly 30 minutes. She was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Eventually, she agreed to "fix" them -- and what I was left with was even worse. The nails were super thick, sloppy, and absolutely not what I requested. The quality was terrible. To make matters worse, Queenie, the manager, never came over to speak to me, offer an apology, or even check on the situation. Misty remained rude and confrontational the entire time. The entire experience was not only disappointing -- it was infuriating and unacceptable. I wouldn't wish this level of disrespect or incompetence on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs. When we got here, we were greeted and asked what we needed. They asked us to sign up and told us to have a seat at pedicure chairs. We thought we were going to be serviced right away. I was wrong. We arrived at 105pm and my pedicure started at 2pm. My friend ended up leaving because she had somewhere to be. The whole time I waited, I wasn't offered a drink. I wasn't offered a drink until my pedicure started. The pedicure was fine but they didn't have a lot of colors to choose from in the books they gave me. I will never come back here again. read more

I have double infections on my toes now and they painted my fingers the wrong color and kept gaslighting me into thinking it was matching my pedicure. They charged me the wrong price and when I called to ask for help fixing it, they told me no. When I submitted a claim to my bank for resolution help, this nail lounge submitted the wrong receipt with a forged signature. I used to come to this salon consistently when it first opened because the work was decent and it was one of the only salons closer to my house , as i continued to go I noticed the boss would try to charge me for things here and there such as a special shape that I never got and other things. As it is, you're going to pay , that as a given when receiving a service . The customer service is good for the most part everybody but the manager seem to be genuine. However, the manager is very cheap and watches everybody like a hawk. let me say that I was very disappointed with how fast the milk and honey package was. I went wits my daughter 6yrs old and my tech was trying to keep up with my daughter tech. My feet are normally pretty as I keep up with them at home but for not having to go in over two years I expected him to work on me for a decent amount of time. He left me with dry feet and I can see the dry skin he still left behind. Totally not worth my money or time. This was the last straw for me as it pertains to nail salons I do my nails at home now. Quality was subpar (no base coat applied), had chipping the next day, customer service is virtually non existent. And I'm so sick of seeing men in women dominated spaces... They loom over while you're getting your nails done and watch you like a hawk without saying a single word which is incredibly uncomfortable. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the business, their bathroom is 2 steps away from nail stations and you can smell it the entire time bc they leave the door open. I think these business owners forget that people come here to relax and wind down. One hand was square shape and the other was round. He did not make sure my nails were the same on both hands. I hate to do this because everyone is so nice. But the work is shoddy. This wasn't just with one tech. We had 4 people and all 4 came out with terrible results. One has lumps in the acrylic. The rest are thick, poorly shaped and super messy looking. Also I hate the chairs, the pretty much sexually assault you. Why does a massage chair need to kneed your vagina? It's disgusting and uncomfortable. They also charge ridiculous amounts for "add ons" that were never discussed (I obv expected extra for the flakes) and most are normal to getting a full set: $20 for gold flakes $10 for "special shape" (does that look special?) $5 for the powder $5 for the matte topcoat and I forget all the other stuff he kept adding as he put my total in. I normally go across the street where I see the owners walking around checking the work, I can tell they run a tight ship. And the results show. I went to this one out of convenience this time and the owner never once looked at the work, I'm not sure he'd even know what to look for. I don't think he realizes why his business is not getting repeat customers so that's why I'm writing the review. Hopefully he gets someone in there to train the techs quick or we'll see a vacancy there soon. read more

I asked for something different and that's exactly what they did. Everyone in the salon is extremely professional, they offer you drinks upon arrival as well. This is my third time visiting, and is now my new go to spot. The spa pedicure is amazing (love the massage feature), and service is always quick. I have never had to wait to get my nails done, and I have only showed up as a walk in. My nails also lasted well over 3 weeks. I went back for new polish due to grow out, absolutely no breakage. This place is great. I came in late, I'm sorry about that, and I had a broken nail and I have a meeting tomorrow so I can't show up like that. Chris helped me and took all my old nails off and gave me a new set of beautiful almond shaped nails. I normally just get overlay because I grow my natural nails long but some had broke last night. Anyways the service is excellent and the quality is amazing. They have margaritas and wine and the chairs are also super comfy, so I'm fat and need a chair with arms so I can lean on them. Overpriced. Wayyyyyy overpriced. I wanted to remove the gel polish from my nails and toes. I got a spa pedicure, and had them remove the gel polish. I did not add color after they removed the gel polish. 1) the gel police I had was a brownish/pinkish color. The technician removed the gel polish with the drill but did not soak it in acetone or remove the rest of the color so my toes have a brownish/pinkish tint on the big toe. 2) I can't remember, but I believe just to remove the gel polish is $10. 3) My total came out to $90. I'm new to San Antonio area, but even in the greater SEATTLE area, we don't pay that much - especially when no polish was added. Will not be back. read more

I don't think anyone here knows how to remove acrylic from toes, I went today to have the shellac polish removed and acrylic that was put on my big toe. There was non acetone used to remove the shellac polish, the man used the drill for the entire removal process. When he got to the acrylic, he used the drill again and the nail clipper which was fine. After he clipped 3 times and took off the polish he looked at me and said "all done". Umm no Sir, there is still acrylic over my nail! I had to instruct him that it needed to be soaked off just like acrylic on finger nails. He then got the cotton and soaked it in acetone, put it on my nail and carelessly wrapped foil around it. After 2 minutes he came back, filed and said "done" again. As if I can't see, I once again told him there is a lot of acrylic still left on my nail. He went to another man who asked me what I wanted, I told him I need the acrylic removed. He instructed the first man in their language and he put the acetone, cotton and foil BACK on my toe. Just like before, "done". I don't know what it is with them but this became a dismissive response and it was irritating. Another guy came just to do the exact same thing, look at me as if I can't see the acrylic STILL on my nail just to tell me they are done. I refused to pay for that service, and left paying $12 for shellac removal and a butchered right toe. Do not go to this place. read more

Well my experience with this nail salon sucked. My daughters nail not only broke but chipped off the very same night while she was eating dinner. My nails are crooked and were still too long after I told the tech to cut them down more, I told the tech my nails were crooked seemed to irritate her and took a file to the top of my thumb and began to file it down roughly, and the design is not great but I was too frustrated to complain about it and just wanted to be done and go. This place sucks. Spending 4 hours getting my nails done is not my idea of fun on a Friday afternoon I will not return. Frankly If I could get a refund I would this was very horrible service. ot impressed at all with this place. I originally went in for just a pedicure which that was fine they didn't have much of a selection but it came out okay. I decided to get my nails done also while I was there I asked if they were able to do the stiletto nail and they said yes I told them that I was super super picky about my nails and wanted someone who was able to do them perfect. The nail tech that did my nails just brought over powder which I do not use, they didn't even ask which one I wanted. When I was telling him what I wanted he didn't even understand what I was talking about. He had no idea what shape I was asking for or how I was telling him I wanted my nails done. My nails were turning to the right and I kept asking if he could fix it. The tech filed so much off the one sides to correct it but now they're all messed up and lopsided. The paint is so thick in some places and so thin and others that they look terrible. My nails are all different lengths. They didn't even let me know how much it was for shellac. They automatically go to the most expensive thing. When I asked them to remove the powder then nail tech came back over and he said something in their native language and all the other text looked over so I'm sure that he was saying something rude which I find very unprofessional. The service was definitely super rushed and I let the guy know at the register that I was not happy with these at all and instead of trying to fix anything they hurried and rushed me out because they were closing instead of doing the job correctly and fixing it.
