I recently went to Deliah for a curly haircut, and unfortunately I left really disappointed. At first, I was excited because the salon advertised experience with curly hair, but the overall result did not meet my expectations. The haircut itself is extremely uneven, with noticeable differences in length throughout my hair that make it difficult to style evenly on my own. The styling process was also very poor. Products were applied heavily at my roots, which made my curls look flat and weighed down instead of defined and voluminous. After diffusing, the top sections of my hair looked almost straight while the rest of my curls looked inconsistent. I know my natural curl pattern well, and this result was not due to my texture. I came in hoping for a professional curly cut that would enhance my curls, but instead I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with both the styling and the shape of the haircut. I booked an appointment today with them at 2 o'clock when I walked in I met the stylist the Lila and her mom the owner of the salon I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I used to have I had three months worth of growth I was already blonde at the bottoms I just needed them to be toned since they were a little yellow when she started clipping my hair up her mom came to me and said if it's OK that she takes payment now because she had to leave and close the store which was a little weird for me to pay for something that didn't even start yet I did it anyways the total was $199 placing the bleach she was doing me highlights all over but the foils were very uneven and the amount of back combing was very choppy She done it fast and I sat for a little while in the bleach when she took me over to the sink to rinse my hair my money piece was very orange after toning it we got up to start the blow dry and she seen for herself that it needed to be tone down they were very yellow she took me back to the station to let toner sit for longer and she only allowed it to sit for at least five minutes she took me back to her chair where she started trimming my hair which was fine I didn't want nothing took it off just a trim I started noticing that there was patches of my hair not dyed and the color that I had at the bottom was really brassy she put a few more foils in and let me sit for less than five minutes before taking them out again and washing my hair after her doing this multiple times I've let her finish blow drying my hair to see the final result because you can't really tell when your hair is wet after some time of blow drying I was able to see that I was not happy with the color and how patchy it was placed when she was done I politely told her that I don't mean to say anything but I'm not satisfied I know that she tried to fix my hair and I appreciate that but I can't go out in public with hair like this she then got really offensive with me I guess she can't take criticism and told me that I was bullying her I told her look I'd rather take this up with the manager which was her mother she gave me her mom's card and I left the store walking out I had called her mom leaving her a text message letting her know that I wasn't happy with my hair she called me back with an attitude when I nicely told her that I'm just not happy with my hair and I already had to pay 200 for it she then got really rude and told me the only thing they could do is put me a few more foils and that her daughter sent a picture of my hair and it looked at fine but the daughter only sent a picture of the other side of my head which is perfectly fine the right side of my head is patchy and not dyed I explain to her that if she'd like I can send her pictures of my hair since she didn't believe me she didn't got upset and told me she does not wanna continue talking to me so I left her text messages telling her how bad this is and how I expect her to fix this she said the most they could do for me is add me a few foils she then got rude over text saying that she isn't going to risk anything happening to my hair to jeopardize her career I told her she must not be confident in her work and that's why my hair came out so bad she then began to judge me because I told her I am a grown woman I have children I run for businesses of my own I didn't need to be disrespected by her daughter she told me that she's so sorry for me I didn't need her criticism on my day-to-day life but now I'm stuck with blotchy hair she offered to do it again but then says that she's not comfortable with doing what needs to get done because my whole head is messed up she said she doesn't have to fix it only put a few foils I told her I don't feel comfortable then coming back to somebody that doesn't feel necessary to fix what is wrong she then canceled the next appointment and told me to have a good day after making fun of me and being a bully towards me when I had completely kept my cool with her daughter and explain to her nicely since she is a young girl and I think she just started off doin hair I have been to many salons in my life and she kept telling me how I've been to Ulta because I told her about one bad experience that I had and that I probably enjoy getting my hair done for free because I asked for at least half of my money back since they're not going to fix it and I paid for my hair to get destroyed this place is so unprofessional it's family run business so there is no work ethic and teaching one another criticizing work to help that person get better at what they're doing hair is not an easy job I don't expect anybody to take it very easily as well since you're allowing somebody to walk out of your salon looking like that I am deeply disappointed and disgusted with how I look after $200 I might just have to go back to brown hair read more

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!i have been blonde for 6 years i needed a root touch up and let me tell you something out of 6 years i have never had a bad experience until now! 1. they was very aggressive 2. they was very rude 3. they was very rough with my hair! they claim they are " license" clearly they have not been doing hair for a while. the mother AKA manager was doing my hair then she switched with her daughter they also works with her. i had no problem with that then when she took over i couldn't believe what this women was doin...... left me unhappy and unsatisfied with the way my hair came out... how can you mess up a root touch up??? never going back ever again Service was absolutely horrible as well. read more
