Called the Houston location Saturday to make an appointment. They said they had availability, so I cleared out the rest of my schedule to make it in. Made the long drive, only to arrive to a closed location. I called the same number and explained I spoke to someone on the phone earlier who assured me they would be open, and she says, "Well, I'm not the one you spoke to, but they SHOULD HAVE told you to go to our Sugar Land location." Now, how on EARTH am I supposed to know to go to a different location?! I checked to make sure I wasn't calling a line for all locations, and sure enough, the Sugar Land location has a DIFFERENT phone number. What the heck is going on guys. Please do better so you don't continue to mess up customers' entire days. read more

I have been to Botox RN twice so far. My first experience for Botox was good. Although, it did not last as long as it normally does, which is weird.. instead of 4 months it's only lasted two months. The went there on September the 18th 2024, for lip filler and Botox. I got injected by a guy. Only man who works there, I believe. I cannot regret it enough. He was so rough and was injecting really quickly and harshly. My lips look completely botched. I'm just waiting for the bruising to go down so I can see a medical doctor specialist. Btw, you would think the cost is cheaper because you are being injected by a RN, but it's not, $12/unit and $699 for 1ml restylane filler. I had a 5pm appointment for March 28th with the owner, Alonso. I even spoke with him over the phone and explained I wanted him to do my Botox. He assured me that he would drive in from his Sugar Land office to this Greenway location. The time of my appointment, the receptionist informs me he won't be there. "No, there must be some mistake. He told me he'd be here..." I explain. She then calls the Sugar Land office and Alonso has the nerve to request that I drive from Greenway to Sugar Land - during 5pm rush hour traffic. That was a hard no from me. Annoyed, angry, shocked, upset - all an understatement because my time and my money was not valued or respected in this situation. I could have at least gotten a courtesy call that morning, as I made it a point to stay in the area for three hours for my 5pm appointment. Houston traffic is no joke. The receptionist told me that he'd make it up to me at my next appointment, but I made it clear to her that I wasn't interested in a discount. I'd rather pay full price and get fantastic, honest service. The *only* reason why I rescheduled for a later date is because I wanted to redeem the discount from the three customer referrals I previously did for this biz. No surprise, when I went to my second attempt at an appointment: I didn't get any discount for the inconvenience, nor did I get any form of apology from the biz owner for the inconvenience. As a newbie to this side of esthetics, it can be intimidating going into it with little to no knowledge about the types of procedures and services out there. BotoxRN has been sooo helpful in guiding me to the right services to fit me! They are so welcoming and keep me informed throughout the entire process. This is my 3rd visit and every time has been such a pleasure. My injector Alonso is so well informed and a master at what he does! Mariah has performed multiple laser procedures on me and is so great at talking me through what she's doing step by step. I especially appreciate the pre and post care instructions she provides. These people turn you away and refuse service idbyou eant to use an age appropriate, safe amount of botox. They only serve those willing to spend a lot of money and overdo treatment. In addition, they promised me to match a groupon for laser skin tightening on the lower abs but after arriving, they refused and wanted to charge quadruple. I have been there twice, and each visit was appalling with different people. They train them to give Bad service unless you are willing to spend a fortune and take big risks. read more

We determined that a combo of fraxel, micro needling with radio frequency, dysport, and fillers would rejuvenate me. After getting injectable done for the very first time, I looked in the mirror and nearly cried. It had been a long time since I felt so beautiful. The injectors and laser techs here all have good eyes for beauty and figuring out what can be done to enhance a persons features to the fullest extent. Today was my last experience there. Even I had used this place in the past, today they were extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment, confirmed it, let them know my arrival time and... got a long waiting time...more than 1 hour for a 10 min treatment (Botox). I lost more than 2h of my day for nothing. if I m late for more than a hr, they can refuse my consultation but the clinic can do it?! As I said, don't schedule or confirm the appointment if you are not able to do it. read more

Before Thanksgiving and during a breakup I decided to be selfish and treat myself with Botox. I'm a 28 year old Male who barely has any deep wrinkles but I happen to make a lot of facial expressions that often gets me in trouble. I went to the Houston Location and my experience was okay- not bad. It felt rushed and the lady who did my injections seemed kind of disappointed for not spending $600 in my visit- which she recommended me to do before I even spoke to her about the results I wanted...2 weeks later I didn't get the results that I was expecting to have, so I called to get more information and set up a follow up...i was expecting to wait days to book an appointment but Jesse, receptionist, listened to my concern and invited me to come in the same day with Alonso. I came in 30 minutes early and I was seen by Alonso right away- he had a full house of clients and took time of his what seem to be booked day and heard my feedback and invited me to come back and I can't even explain to you how happy I left the building....he educated me on the procedures he was going to perform and I can't even explain how thankful I am that I came back to give them a 2nd try. At Botox RN my results were almost immediate! The laser tech's explain everything in detail, go over the entire process, and make me feel very comfortable every time I go! Was very impressed w/Rosanna at this location, she truly listened & cared of targeting my areas that needed Juvederm attention & great results that were delivered. One can feel apprehensive upon walking into facility that they are not familiar with. Alongside of finding proper person who delivers ultimately satisfying results of product. I went to this location since it was closest to my house & am very pleased. I previously went to Sugarland location w/ Alonso. They too delivered stellar results. I like that the place was just small enough to be more personal and not so busy with overbooked appointments like drs offices. The owner and stuff are so welcoming and really make you feel comfortable and at ease. Not to mention I was so pleased with my results.
