I had a really disappointing experience here and feel like I need to share it. For the first few sessions, everything was great. I saw a noticeable improvement in my facial hair, and it felt like the treatments were actually working. That's why I continued coming back. However, during my last few sessions, something clearly changed. I was told their machine had issues, and they even had me holding a fan to my face during treatment because the machine wasn't working properly. That did not feel safe or professional. After those appointments, my hair came back significantly worse--honestly about 10x thicker--and in areas where I didn't even have hair before. After looking into it, this seems consistent with paradoxical hair growth, which can happen when laser settings are too low or treatments are not performed correctly. I am 1000% confident the machine was not being used at the proper intensity. To make things worse, I had just finished my last session about a month ago, and when I called them again the following week to ask about what was happening, I was told they had already sold their laser machines. That only made me more concerned that there was something wrong with their equipment, and it felt like I was left dealing with the consequences. I also want to mention that during one of my sessions, the technician burned me between my eyebrows. I didn't make it a big issue at the time, but looking back, it adds to my concerns about the level of care and professionalism. What made the situation even more frustrating was how it was handled when I reached out. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, I was told it was probably due to hormones or pregnancy. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since those assumptions were completely inaccurate. I came here trusting their expertise, and instead I ended up with worse results and no accountability. At this point, I'm honestly considering taking further action because of how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

Starting from the outside, in--the location is super central and convenient, the decor inside is beautiful and the entire place is immaculately clean. I saw Brian for injections, and while not my first time doing a neurotoxin, it was my first time choosing Dysport over Botox, all based on his educated description of the results and first-hand experience. He took the time with me to fully address my areas of concern, appropriately decide on my dosages and was skillful at the actual injections themselves. I had no bruising and I could not be happier with the final result and will definitely be doing back for the next round. I'm even considering doing my cheeks! I saw Trista for two separate chemical peels, both of which left my skin glowing and fresh. She also performed my laser hair removal, and although I've only done one session, the difference is amazing. She is so laid-back, personable, and makes you feel at ease even when you're in an exposing situation. Never once did I feel embarrassed or self-conscious. I was in need of Botox last Sat, and my regular physician was too far away...I saw the Botox RN Med Spa van & decided to see Alonso Perez after reading all the reviews plus he was 5 mins away from our apartment in Houston. Mr Perez was very professional, very friendly & reassured me concerning botox & his direction for my face. I already see results & it has only been a few days. I am back in his office today for fillers in my face- never had fillers but could imagine the more youthful appearance I will have at the end result. He has great lidocaine & ice cubes for your comfort. Sometimes it is very difficult to try someone new, but I just took a leap of faith, liked all the reviews & especially the confidence then I had in Mr Perez. I recommend Mr Perez. A friend recommended me to BotoxRn. And I am so happy she did! I've gotten fillers under my eyes before and ALWAYS bruised. I thought it was just something that would happen to me all the time. I saw Alonzo who is AMAZING!!! he is an expert at fillers, especially under the eyes. He was very conservative with the fillers. He would rather do less because you can always add more. This place is not good for me. Alonzo did horrible injection on my face.and they don't want to accept their mistake and the managers name Sofia Perez (related to Alonzo) was so mean and unfriendly .
