She is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. I had never heard of skin needling before, and to be honest, I was a little bit nervous about it. But to my surprise, I found the treatment to be relatively painless. She is completely professional and explained how the treatment works, what to expect, and made me feel completely at ease. She first did an eyeliner tattoo on me which I absolutely loved and would do again. She also did my lip liner. I was really impressed with that. She filled in areas around my lips where there was no pigment. It made my lips looked very full and flawless. And then we got to talking about my skin and she was telling me how she can help me get rid of the scarring on my face and also get rid of the dark spots on my skin, to make my skin look more even. I have had 6 procedures done and my skin is 90 percent better. I am amazed with the results and looking forward to doing more. I had a scar on my face since I was 19 years old that made me extremely self-conscious, I have received Skin Needling 5 times and now you can barely tell that I ever had a scar! The scar has improved drastically by 80-90%. I now have the best brows ever! Im so happy with the results as it was exactly what I wanted. They requested i draw them on how I like them, as well as bring in the color choices I was looking for. It was very helpful and comforting to know I had such great imput, especially towards the end of the procedure when I got to help with the fine detailing. Their location was in a Dr office and it was clean and extremly professional from start to finish. I did not mind signing off on my satisfaction during my appointment time, after all I was pleased with the results. I got my eyebrows microbladed over my old & faded tattooed eyebrows, from 5 years ago when I lived in another state. I had been terrified to try finding a new permanent makeup artist: once you've found one, hold on to them! Well... I'm holding on to Pam!! Tim & Pam make a great team at the glamour co. Tim is a friendly and welcoming office manager, which allows Pam to seamlessly perform her magic. She is very sweet and reassuring during preparation. Talked to me during the entire procedure, and even added a little more numbing gel, when I requested it, half-way through the procedure, making sure I was comfortable, before proceeding. She even darkened them 2 more shades, per my request, AFTER the procedure was complete; I thought they looked a little light once I saw it on my skin, even though I helped pick the color at the beginning. I did it! I I got permanent makeup and my lips are so beautiful. I was very iffy about getting it done but my mom had been wanting her brows done so for her birthday I took her to Pam at the Glamour Co and they were PERFECT! I couldn't get over how real they looked and I was so excited for my mom that I wanted my lips done but I didn't have an appointment. Pam actually gave up her lunch break to do my lips for me. I couldn't believe she skipped lunch for me. Talk about her giving heart. She really goes above and beyond for you! Love My Brows! I went to Glamour Co ( newest location on Bethany Home) and had them micro bladed. Pam did a fantastic job covering my old work! I only have a few hairs over my inner eye and now I have natural looking eyebrows! You can see the strands of hair not solid lines like when I had to pencil them in. I had them tattooed 2 times in the past and both times they faded to a reddish orange. From the moment I entered, the reception area had a warm and welcoming feeling. Pam and her husband were very friendly yet professional and answered all my questions. Pam talked through the process and did a great job of distracting me. The whole process from the time I walked through the door, filled out paperwork, waited for numbing cream to work and microblading took an hour! I left with fantastic looking Brows. No swelling. Pam H. When I was a little girl my hair was a white blond. I had very few eyebrows and they were white as well. As I grew up my hair turned a light brown but my eyebrows didn't. What is it with this eyebrow craze? I had Groucho Marxeye brows when that thin pencil line was all the rage ! Now I have what's on all the "before" pictures on their website. :( Anyway, this was a super fun experience! Pam is an artist whose concern is YOU. I went to the Bethany home location for eye brow micro blading b/c my eyebrows were sparse. I was nervous to say the very least! Tim was incredible and explained everything thoroughly, but then when Pam took over you knew you were in the most capable hands ever. if you are fearful of having this done, it takes 20 minutes and I felt very little discomfort. I waited a month to post this review to see what my results would be. Pam has decades of experience and it shows! My results are exactly what she promised, and I could not be more satisfied. I am definitely one to take a lot of time researching any type of service, especially when it comes to something permanent. I went in to see Pamela with a few pictures if what I wanted my eyebrows to look like and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I have just returned home after having my eyebrows tattooed. I had the feather brow tattoo procedure done. Pam did them for me and they turned out terrific. There was no pain involved. This is by far the BEST place for permanent makeup! Four years ago I had my eyebrows done in an expensive salon for triple the price (I used a Groupon for this visit), triple the pain, and with poor results. Pamela's technique didn't hurt, didn't crust over like the first time, AND the end result is ten times better and more natural looking eyebrows. The color was implanted on the first application, i would like a touch up but I travel out of state to have her apply my permeant makeup so I will wait until I can travel to AZ because I do not want anyone else to touch up my lips. Got pressured into writing a positive review. They offered me a large discount on future touch ups. Then when I tried to schedule the much needed touch ups, I couldn't get through and no one would call me back. I left at least 3 messages. Honestly right after they were done, they were red and swollen and I was crying because it hurt so much, but I signed the damn paper just to get out of there. I just had my eyebrows tattooed today using the "natural brow" technique and I LOVE THEM! They look completely natural and the color match is perfect. The pricing was so affordable as well and 100% worth the investment. My recommendation is to walk in prepared with the exact color, shape and technique you want. They do not have a sample book available just yet, so articulating what I wanted without a frame of reference was admittedly stressful and rushed, but the final product turned out beautiful.
