Clayton Glass installed a 3/4 Payne of 3/8th inch tempered glass in one of our tub showers in 2016…read morein a brand new home. It leaked from day one, but because that bedroom was only used approximately 10 times since we built the home and moved in I would spackle patch the wall and paint because it was a small leak. Fast forward to 11/2023. I found the receipt and called Clayton Glass to get them to come out and reset /reseal the glass. I spoke to Angela K. and her name happened to be on the original invoice. She said we won't reset that glass "what if it's chipped?!" I said the room has literally only been used approximately 10 times in 7 years. I was willing to pay to have them reset it after they took the tempered payne out and cleaned everything properly before resealing. She said no. If it's chipped we will not be responsible. Clearly the glass is not chipped on any of the edges and the only part that would be chipped is hidden where they sealed it on one side and the bottom in a "U" shaped glass framing. Now whatever sealant / silicone they used is loose and I just wanted it resealed and set properly. Clearly they are afraid of their own work. They are driving me to another glass company to get the job done which is disgusting. I realize it's years later, but they will not touch their own work after completed?!!!!!!!! Be very weary of companies that don't touch their own work after a job.

I am sure I sent her way too many emails and she was constantly kind and patient and helpful through the whole process! Isaac came out to do our final measurements and I could tell this was one detail oriented and talented human! He was super thorough and talked us through details we could change. Basically we were able to change and adjust whatever we wanted. It was amazing. Then when the install crew came out, we got Mike. YEESSSS for Mike! He was fantastic!!! He would adjust and alter things down to the exactly correct and balanced millimeter. He was so detail oriented, I never felt the need to even hover or check on anything. I trusted him completely. The scheduling contact, Steve, always texted me to let me know when someone would be coming out and was very responsive. Euro1 managed our counter install too, which was great, and Caesar was so nice! Even Sandra, the one greeting people up front, managing the phone calls, and handling payments - was so awesome, and such a bright happy attitude. They just have a very impressive team of people for you to work with from start to finish. ALSO - the impressive quality of their product was beyond what we even expected. When the cabinets showed up they were even more impressive than we thought they would be. High quality, thick, dovetail joints, soft close hinges, non chipping finishes, we were just thrilled.
