Scott's changed the differential gears on my Ford F-150 and "chipped" the engine for more horse power. The mechanical work was first rate, but the chip they installed did not contain the current data for my relatively new 2017, 5.0 engine. Even though the chip unit was installed, they took the responsibility and cost, and refunded the money for the chip in full. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes good people to own up to it. They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled.
