There is a menu for one week then switches to something else then goes back to the same as the first week for the third if that makes sense, nope. The food that is given is not very nutritious ("mixed cereal"- lucky charms and other cereals just mixed together or just a cereal bar or maybe some crackers and cheese for breakfast) the portion size are quite sparse too from what we saw from drop off in morning. Then given a hour by hour break down of general what suppose to be happening in class. We as our child if they did prescribed activity they would more time than not say no. An every day when we would pick up our child would be plopping front of tv screen and teachers would be cleaning up so what ever they say in on the schedule for after 5pm is incorrect the teachers wouldn't be cleaning up if would actually going to go back and do something. The teachers communication was horrible would just post things on door or a wall and just Lt expect the parents to see it. The school doesn't involve the parents no parents teacher review few if any way for parents to be involved. Say they post pictures or thing to their Facebook page and rarely sow any there and or don't remember ever signing a consent form for our child's pictures to but posted up. Would not recommend.

We toured the school shortly after relocating to Tampa Palms and immediately felt comfortable. Many of the teachers, especially in the rooms of the youngest children, have been with the school for a very long time. They treat your children as if they were their own. They challenge them, they support them, they teach them, and they allow them to be children. The curriculum is dynamic and feedback is consistently provided to help us to extend the learning outside the classroom. From a value perspective, the pricing is extremely competitive and affordable. When the new owners took over, they spent significant funds to improve the facilities. They upgraded the entire outdoor area to make it more usable year round, especially during rainy season. The Fitzpatricks did this because they knew it would be a better product and a better environment for our children. Tuition didn't increase a penny, despite the large capital improvement. The owners and leadership team work closely with outside vendors to make sure that the extracurricular programs offered to our students are competitively priced and from reputable companies. My son loves that he is able to participate in gymnastics, soccer, drama, and soon will be joining in on karate. He wouldn't have the opportunity to be exposed to such a wide variety of programs without Primrose. In terms of responsiveness, we've never seen a parent's request or small complaint go without answer and remediation. The school does an excellent job communicating with all parents. No school of infants to Pre-K students will ever be completely free of germs, but should a student bring an infection into school, there is immediate communication to parents, and steps are taken to ensure that any potential spread is minimized. I travel for work most weeks and my wife also works full time. Neither of us would be able to have the peace of mind and ability to focus on our careers that we do without the amazing environment and experience provided by both Primrose and its owners, The Fitzpatricks. We know that our son is in good hands and is surrounded by friends, teachers, and administrators who care about his safety, well-being, education, and growth. When you enroll in Primrose, you gain an extension of your family. Teachers become aunts and uncles who check in on your child long after they move on from their classroom. The support staff and administrators go out of their way to make you feel informed and included, and they make sure to give every student attention. A building full of infants and toddlers has the potential to be a very chaotic place, but somehow the group at Primrose Tampa Palms finds a way to provide a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all of us. A child's education and development is one of the most important investments you can make, especially in these early years. If we had to make the choice again, we'd choose Primrose every time.

Additionally, they don't have enough staff to cover the promised daily activities such as outdoor play. They keep the after school children in one room, expecting them to complete worksheets while sitting at a table quietly for hours. Although we were verbally told during our tour (and it's covered in their handbook) by Patricia that they would go outside daily to play on the playground, they never did. There was always an excuse. It was too hot or not enough staff to watch the kids. For a neurodivergent child, this is a must. After sitting in a class all day, they need to get their energy out. My son, repeatedly got in trouble because he was saying potty words (poop, pee, balls) while sitting idle in the classroom. When we addressed it with the director she said "all the other children are angels, except yours. He must be learning this inappropriate language at home." As she was telling me this, another child approached my son and punched him in the stomach. When I pointed that out to her, she said "I didn't see anything." Patricia was looking for any reason to remove my child from the center because he didn't fit the definition of normal. I called to inform Trent Crouch who oversees children's nest he said "there is nothing I can do, Patricia has been with us a long time." It saddens me that our community is unwilling to help children that are neurodivergent. In this case, children's nest did not live up to their promises of keeping the kids active. They looked for reasons to discipline my child and ignore the bullying behaviors of other kids. Patricia and Trent should be ashamed of how they treated my son and learn how to help kids of all abilities,
