I was told it would be about 10 days until they were ready. The gentleman I spoke with said he would text me when they were ready. After about 2 weeks I gave them a call and was told they had a part time person helping out who hadn't shown up for a few days, so they were a bit behind. However, he did tell me they would ensure my slacks were ready the next day by 1pm. Went and picked up the slacks and saw what wonderful work they did. Very clean hems and the pants were also pressed and hanged. The folks here do great work. The cost for the hems was $18.50/pair, which initially was a bit more than I expected, but after seeing the work, I realize is totally worth it. I will definitely be going back and giving them all my tailoring business.

He told me he was so busy that he couldn't commit over the phone, but that I was welcome to drop in so he could take a look. I did just that. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly nudged me towards the right alteration decisions while making clear the final call was always 100% mine. Afterwards, he told me that he'd take the job, and since my event was in 3 weeks, he'd be sure to have it done in 2. He then called me 1 week after I dropped the suit off and told me it was ready for pickup. The alterations were perfect, the price was reasonable, and the service was superb.
