I went there in July of 2020. I followed their schedule of how often to wear the supports, and within 3 days, my Achilles tendon hurt and I could barely put any pressure on my foot. MRI showed that it was partially torn. Wearing these supports was the only thing that I did differently. read more

The package arrived on the 20 Oct 20 to Carlsbad, CA with a check and proof of purchase. Now it is 30 Oct 20, I have email and called. Right now I have purchase another cheap pair of insert. I went to the good feet store after a relative suggested it. I paid $800.00 for the inserts which are "Not Returnable" there are 3 pairs of inserts in the kit, and for this price I guess I expected more. Did they help my feet you will ask, yes they feel better, but I can't justify the price. I also had to pay extra for insoles to replace what is supplied with the original shoes. I wish I had waited a day or two before spending this money for 6 pieces of plastic. read more

Location I used was Jacksonville Florida. I have two damaged metatarsals in my right foot and pressure on the ball of my foot is very painful. I need to get pressure off that area of my foot. Several arch supports an liners later it was $1,000 with instructions for "training" my foot over a several week period! Well that was a painful and useless experience. These stores are a rip off- great salespeople, but when the inserts don't work for you, you are stuck. They give no refunds, only gift cards. They told me they would help with my neuropathy in my feet, more pain than ever, hurt my back. They do not disclose the price until checking out, I told the woman that helped they needed big signs to disclose - no returns, not the little bitty ones at the front desk. I have been a Customer at Good Feet @ the Johnson Creek Blvd Store for 10 years. The first timeI went in, just like the Testimonials you've seen on TV , my Life changed ; I was having continuous, miserable Foot Pain for almost three years at that point. In less than 1/2 an hour, I was fitted for a pair of Arch Supports. The pain ended within minutes of me putting them in my shoes and walking around the Store. The folks that helped me that day back in 2011 were amazing. It's nice to know that they still have Awesome people who work in this Store; and I'm referring to DJ who helped me today ! He was kind, knowledgeable, very professional, and was able to steer me in the right direction within minutes of talking to me ! They're ok. The good part: I had immediate relief. However, I was told it would relieve it or cure it permanently. This is the suggestion anyway. Of course, they claim it takes time. I've used the inserts religiously for over a year. They save my life almost when it comes to pain- especially when I need to be on my feet for longer periods of time. I cannot do without them. However, nothing is cured. My plantar fasciitis has worsened. I am apparently in that 5 percentile who need surgery. read more

Over the last year my feet had increasingly hurt and I became unable to stand due to the pain in the mornings. Just touching my feet to the ground when I first got up was excruciating. Hands down - and I cannot overstate this- it was the BEST decision I made for myself in a long time! I walked in and met Dave. He took the time to listen to me and my feet issues. First of all, I was wearing the wrong size shoe. Secondly, Dave was able to analyze my foot print and determine why my feet hurt so badly. I went to the Good Feet Store because of bruising to my upper foot. First the salesperson tried to sell me $1,200 set of 3 orthodics. (This seemed pricey since my husband has custom made orthodics for $400). One of the orthodics felt uncomfortable and one seemed useless, so I asked for a lesser cost option that did not come with a "lifetime guarantee". Anyway I spent $100. I went today to a foot doctor who told me the orthodic I got was useless for my problem. It seems that most individuals have foot problems that require arch support, which is not my problem. The doc didn't try to sell me anything but told me what kind of shoe I might need and suggested a bone scan for osteopenia (after he xrayed my bruised foot). So if you have anything out of the ordinary, I would suggest a doctor rather than the store that is clearly trying to make a profit and has little concern for your problem. read more

Rip off!!! I went to The Good Feet Store after listening to the commercials and hearing how orthotic inserts worked for others that I know and work with. They do a BS imprint of your feet, then go in the back and get an insert out of a box in the back and say, "Here, try these." + So now my feet feel weird. There's supposed to be a break in period for the orthotics so that your feet and body get used to them. So...how am I supposed to know that these fit better than something else? I wasn't given the choice for one size up or down. They said these were about $40 and would break down after a couple months. Or, they can order the "good" hard ones that will last longer and they are only about $400. They didn't even take a cast of my foot. If I'm going to get a pre-sized insert I could have went into WalMart and used the Dr. Scholl's machine to get a similar result, and most likely cheaper too. If you want orthotics, go to a foot doctor, not a salesperson. read more

We brought our 17 year old son in to be looked at. He has worn some sort of support in his shoes for quite some time. They never seem to do much of anything. We brought our son in, they had him walk on a metal plate and discovered three hot spots. He was fitted with an every day support and one he can wear for sports. The every day support was to try and also relax the muscles in his arch (or something like that). It made sense because when we brought him to the podiatrist their recommendation was to cut both his achilles tendons to relax the muscle. It seemed like a drastic procedure so we decided not to have it done. We went with the Good Feet Store and have been very happy with our decision. read more

What a RIP OFF. They talk take a print of your foot and bring out inserts that feel good at first then are told you have a break in period. My feet for a couple of months now have been far worse than before i went in and i couldnt take the NEW pain anymore because i work 12 hr days. I went to an ortho they put a small piece of an insert on the bottom of my regular shoe insert and i have less pain now that cost me $40 for the visit than the $1200 i was charged at this location. Since there is NO REFUND i have started to gather friends and family that will continue posting my reviews all over to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Sure Good feet is expensive. But if you are a miserable s.o.b. because your feet are sore, numb or just plain old painful you cannot put a price on happy feet. I went in after going to podiatrist 3 x and getting nowhere. I suffered from numbness in my toes and painful high arches. Over the counter supports we're not cutting it. Go see Gerry. Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever had in a retail setting. He was late opening the store for our 1100 appointment. He was immediately rude and condescending. There is no way to justify what they are asking for an already pre manufactured piece of plastic for $1100. I would expect to pay more for a quality product but how much more. I bought the inserts; they didn't work; returned them but they took a $60 re-stocking fee. They only had a couple of pairs of sneakers in my size (6.5 - 7 wide) and the ones I chose as an exchange ($170) will not work. I'm not going to bother trying to exchange them. Don't go here. I had been suffering from foot pain for months. After seeing ads on television for the Good Feet Store, I was hopeful. The salesman was clearly well versed on what to say to convince me this is what I needed to relieve my pain. The top of the line package was going to cost $1100.00, but with a lifetime guarantee. I could not afford this so the salesman said he could sell me a version that would work but would probably not last more than a year. After paying $224.00, and following the break-in period as instructed, I still have as much pain as I did before. I returned to the store and expected a refund for a product that did not do what they said it would do. The salesman first tried to sell me another product for $400.00, which I thought was comical. Like I'm cheap or something. They have a return policy of, perhaps, 30 days with a 20% restocking fee.
