I made an appointment and I was waited on super fast. One on one personal time with a foot expert. Answered all my questions and concerns. Mitch then make a copy of my under foot and went in back for a minute and came out with the rest of my life with NO foot pain. I am on my feet ALL DAY LONG! The planter fasciitis I have been suffering with for years is no longer! I can even slip my house shoes and walk normal immediately out of bed. When it would usually take me at least 10 min to try and warm up to the first step of the day being so torturous. I'm not big on sharing experiences, but... I went to the Good Feet Store on Saturday and received the full pitch for the Good Feet system. Then came the price tag: about $1,600 plus taxes. So, I ended up buying a lesser support from them for still too much. After a day using the alternative support, my foot hurt worse than ever. I am now getting relief courtesy of Dr. Scholl. I went for the shoe insert orthodics. They were cheerful and receptive. I didn't expect to buy something on the spot thinking they had to be custom made. They fit me up with some and when he got done the price was $700+! I said no way then he some in the box that were $65 and i bought them. Later, I felt like i had been had by quoting something high then the $65 seemed low. I should have shopped around. We'll see if they help. read more

It's a tough decision to admit your feet need help! If they do you are limited to very few options. The good feet store is pretty much your only option. Expect used car salesman mentality at very expensive prices. Unfortunately my pain was due to gout and not an improperly fitted shoe. So I paid the 1k$ for the fitted shoe insole. They wouldn't have known that so it's my problem but a very expensive way to find out. After getting prescriptions for gout I do not use the good feet store adaptive for my feet. Talk to your doctor before going through this very expensive route. read more

What a find! I went there expecting to get fitted for shoes, and came away with a bag of 4 pairs of arch supports. The minute that Nick put a pair in my shoes, and had me walk, my knee pain felt so much better. I had to buy them. Over a month later, I'm still feeling relief in my knee, and strengthening my feet and posture. Being retired, I have time to keep switching shoes/arches.This takes time and discipline. Very disappointed. After trying all 3 supports and then being told that they would cost $1700, I decided to just get the middle support. Don't get me wrong my feet feel much better. But the sales push was not an experience I would like to repeat. Worse of all is they sold me the black soles inserts that do not fit in any of my shoes, way to big. Should of realized a sales ploy when they would not try them in my own shoes and I was told to bring my own shoes several as a matter of fact. They only would let me try them in the Brooks shoes they provided. When I called I cannot get my $199 back on something that does not fit. They would only allow me to apply towards another purchase. Lesson learned should always go with my gut. Will never go back to Good Feet again, as I feel they were more focused on money than fixing the problem with my feet. read more

If I could give The Good Feet Store zero star I would. Con artist and untruths! I purchased a set of three orthotics a few years back for one thousand dollars. Now you may ask why did it take this long to write my review? The answer is I am basically computer illiterate. The day I bought this garbage they stated that when they wear out or flatten out they will replace at no charge, LIE! When I went to the store they stated there was a change in policy and now there is a twenty five dollar charge. And the sad thing is they did not help my problem. I purchased a pair of arch inserts here because my feet were bothering me from walking so much during work. I travel continuously and currently live in CA, which I made the sales clerks aware of and they assured me, returns would be accepted at any Good Feet store nation wide. The sales pitch was, "If the inserts don't make your feet feel amazing, then you can return them for a full refund." Trusting what Kevin said, I purchased the orthopedics and left the store. A week after wearing the inserts, my arches on both feet cramped up and I noticed bruises as well. I quit wearing them and planned to get my refund when I returned to CA and find a Good Feet store nearby. To my surprise, when I tried returning them 2 weeks later, I find out I can't return them and even if I wanted to get an in store credit, I would have to go back to Kansas to return them there. I called Kevin and spoke with him on the phone, he used the old bait and switch scam that's been around for decades. He told me to look at the bottom of my receipt... It read "All Sales Final". If you can't trust a persons word, than you can't trust their product. I recommend everyone to stay clear of this dodgy establishment. read more

Told salesman I only wanted inserts, I was expecting it to be expensive($100-150) but came out with $1,000.00 INSERTS!!! When I said no he proceeded to take me step-by-step down his sales-ladder. (750,500,350,179) finally I said "You aren't even listening to my needs, I don't trust your information, I am leaving"- then he pulled out a $65 insert to try to sell me. I went there about 6 months ago and paid $1,200 for the 3 inserts. They haven't worked for me so far. I've been back six times and they gladly keep trying new inserts. My heels are getting worse, I cannot work a full day without severe pain. I will keep going back and trying new ones. The best result for me has been buying new boots every month or so. I posted a review yesterday, and it's nowhere to be found. Didn't just make my sore right foot worse, but actually caused my left foot to start hurting. Now both my feet are in constant pain, and in addition, my hip has starting hurting when I walk, obviously a direct result of the poorly fitting orthotics. I work on my feet approximately 12 hours a day. Over time the fatigue that I had always felt in my feet turned to pain. Over the last year the pain in my feet moved to my knees and hips. After having the orthotics for over 3 months I am very pleased. Amazing results alleviating my knee pain and allowing me to run without any foot aches for first time in years. Why did I wait so long?? Salespeople, although not physicians are knowledgeable when it comes to feet and what causes certain problems and what is needed to correct the discomfort. I purchased 3 sets which were recommended and I felt suited me best for over $1000, expensive but well worth it when I discovered the results. What a ploy! The "sale" on the radio says you can get relief for as low as $69.95....I went in and was "fitted" for 3 arch supports. When I was told this would only cost $1100.00 (!!!!!) I was shocked. I left the store and went right over to another well known store (Elite Feet) and bought basically the same type of arch supports, 2 pairs of new shoes, heel supports and two pair of socks for just over $300. My feet haven't hurt since....and neither does my wallet! read more

This place does not stand behind their products. I am a tennis player and my feet hurt after tennis games. My tennis partner told me to try out this place as he bought some inserts from them and these inserts alleviated his pain. So, I checked out the reviews for this place, both nationwide and in Kansas, and saw that a majority of the some thousands of reviews at different websites state that this place is a scam. But, because my tennis partner had personally recommended this place, I discounted the reviews to some extent and deduced that these inserts work for some people and don't work for others. I called the store and asked whether I could return the inserts if it turns out that they don't work for me. I talked to Ivanka and another associate who I think was named Philly. Philly was pushy, downright rude, and said that they will change the inserts if I'm unhappy within 90 days but will not return them. I responded that this tells me that Good Feet doesn't stand behind their products. She said, Ok, then how about I give you a 30 day money back guarantee--if the insert (which costs $320) doesn't work, you can return it with a mere restocking fee. I said that sounds great and asked, "oh by the way, how much is the restocking fee." She said it was 50%, so over $160. I said $160 in restocking fees appears quite high. Philly straight up responded that I was wasting her time. I hung up and will obviously not be making a purchase. If you sell a plastic insert for $320 because the insert is supposedly magical, stand behind your product and take it back if it doesn't work (even if for a reasonable restocking fee). I refuse to pay someone $160 just to have the privilege to determine whether or not they are scamming me. read more
