Had a great experience here, Molly was great with helping assist my self and my coworkers on picking out scrubs. There are so many different brands and styles to choose from. Molly was very patient and answered all my 1,0001 questions lol! I chose to go with the Barco One scrubs, the quality of the scrubs feel and look very nice! The fitting rooms were super cute! They put our names on the door so we knew which room to go back to after we came out to show each other how we looked in the scrubs we were trying on. They also offer embroidery, which is pretty cool in my opinion, especially if you're a Doctor and would like to get your logo on scrubs for your staff. I went into this store once. Granted, I'm not well-versed in scrubs nor does my profession require them. However, they appeared to have a decently sized selection of scrubs. The reason for my 1-star rating, however, is a result of their stringent, inconvenient return policy. I'm unsure of when this was enacted exactly (as it was poorly marked), but when we went to return scrubs that we had JUST bought two days before AND had never been worn, they refused us and said that our only recourse would be in-store credit/gift card. This is where I usually go get my scrubs (mens). The staff is very nice and ask if they can help you right away. It might be overbearing at times, but I'd rather get help from an attentive staff. They def. pride themselves on customer service. They have an customer list (if you choose to participate), and they e-mail you when there are deals. I have been a volunteer, and now I am looking to get into healthcare. So, I have only bought the cheaper scrubs (Cherokee). I find this store to be more affordable than others. This is a small but mighty store! They're very well stocked with every type and variety and brand of Scrubs you could want, including my favorites, Grey's Anatomy. They have a larger variety of white doctor's office/lab coats than any other medical apparel shop I tried. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. You get a discount if you sign up for their free preferred customer program, and a special coupon for your birthday. The place is a little hard to find at 105th & Metcalf because you have to access Metcalf Frontage Road, and they are tucked in just south of the Office Depot store. read more

A very nice, well staffed store. The staff is very attentive, which many people may like, but I am not a fan. I would prefer not being forced to answer your x amount of generic questions before I am allowed to shop. What brings you here today? Scrubs. I'm looking for scrubs. Isn't this a scrub store? That's why I'm here. Can I go now? Also, do not buy anything here unless you are absolutely sure you are never returning it. They have a terrible return policy and you can only get store credit when you return anything. A plus is that they will give you a discount if you have your badge with you. But oh wait, the discount doesn't happen to work on what you decided to purchase today. They have a great selection of scrubs here, unless you're large. Went last minute to get some scrubs for a class and I received amazing service I was helped and talked to through the whole experience. They have a large selection of scrubs undershirts, socks shoes and some equipment including littmans and eye pens and fun blood pressure cuffs. Service was horrible. I'm visiting KS from Los Angeles, CA. I gave 1 star to them for acknowledgement when entering and exiting the store and another with hand sanitizer, masks, and saw them spraying down the rooms after each use, but it's the experience while shopping. No one seemed to help or asked if I needed help. Everyone stood around and just walked passed me and I purposely didn't say anything and walked around to look what I needed. Still no one came and yet they catered to other customers around me. Not sure if they have something against me because I was dressed in exercise clothes or being Asian because everyone was caucasian. I knew then they didn't deserve my business. Poor customer service. I say this because I do come from a customer service-retail sales and mktg mgmt background. read more

Have been a regular buyer having bought more than 10 items in the past year both from Kansas city location and Overland park. KS. I bought 3 items this month from Overland Park, KS. Two tops and a pair of pants. The 2 tops came up big. I Returned so I could exchange from medium to Small. The lady at the counter refused to take them back. She Used COVID as a reason. I know they have been accepting returns and their fitting rooms have been open. I managed to change the one I bought from scrub and beyond up on the same street. Scrub hub just lost a loyal customer. Stopped in to buy my first pair of scrubs for a job interview. As an emt it doesn't take much to "match" nor is there very many options. I was having a difficult time finding matching scrubs (I'm tall and thin). Paige helped me mix and match scrubs to find a set that fit me appropriately and looked good together. Will definitely be back for more scrubs and hope Paige is there to help again. read more

What happened to the customer service at this store? I went in for a specific style and brand to be told they are changing their inventory so I would have to order what I want. Then to have other brands pushed on me that I do not like. Then offer embroidery which I oh cool. Well received my scrubs back with the embroidery it was the wrong font and not centered and was told it would be another week to get them corrected... not cool! What happened to the previous owners? This store seems to have gone down hill and seems very disorganized. I guess I will be going to the other scrub shop down the street where they are friendly and do not blame everyone else for their mistakes. read more

I went to uniforms PRN to find all new scrubs before I started my first nursing job. They had the largest selection, by far, out of all the stores I went to. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, and there were 4 staff members there to assist each shopper. If I was not moving away next week for my new job, I would definitely go back there anytime I needed anything nurse related!
