We walked in without an appointment and after explaining I didn't have a lot of time I received excellent customer service from Cameron. Keep in mind I was getting hangry, my foot was bothering me and it was a bit warm outside and I probably wasn't the most patient person and he still provided great service. I took a test to see how my footing was and then he provided some gear to fix this. The price was not cheap, but I needed this resolved so if it works it is worth the cost. The store is in a mall with underground parking. The lot is a decent size for the mall. However, seems like it will get crowded during peak hours like all the businesses in the area. Can't remember, but I think we had to get a validation or had a time limit for free parking. Check the posted parking rules for free-charged parking. The customer service was top notch. The salesman who helped us, unfortunately forgot his name, was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us. Unfortunately, we had super sticker shock at the end of his diagnosis and sales pitch, which took quite a bit of time to go over the various products and their different uses in their system. Based on how the products felt in the store, it's likely that they will make your feet, back, and hips feel much better if you are having problems. However, they are just super expensive (around $2000 for their system on our visit). Would recommend trying all knock offs and other options before trying these guys due to their cost. Many customers in desperate need of pain relief might need to either save up or do a payment plan to use their system. At any rate, if you are in desperate need of pain relief and are out of options, their services will likely help you if you can afford them. read more

Through the years I was having problems with my feet all of my life always in pain and try find ways to solve the problems with little bit of success. One day I notice a commercial for the Good Feet Store I told my wife Let's try the Good Feet Store we made an appointment for a Sunday. We were greet by Amanda who help me to find way to solve the problem with my feet. First she tell me what was the problem with feet then ask me put my feet on the ink pad there's no ink it can tell what insert I need to improve my feet. In an hour we were there she found thev right insert for my shoes over all my feet feel good no pain but it going to take time my feet gets use it. It's certainly pricy but the product actually works if you have plantar fasciitis. There are three packages, starting around $1,300 for three sets of shoe inserts. I admit I wasn't convinced at first but they have worked well. The instructions are simple and they have a lifetime warranty when the inserts eventually warp from wear. I came in this store with my family because we were walking on Paseo. When I came in the person that was there very rudely asked me what I needed. I went on to tell him that my husband needs an insert replacement. He rudely answered me by saying we go by appointment only and I'm already helping her (other customer) gave me a piece of paper and instructed me to write my name and number and said he would call me to make an appointment. He didn't even look at me and continued on with the person he was helping. We all felt very unwelcome. I almost felt like I was racially profiled and he only asked me because he wanted us to leave. Not clear about their return policies and store employees are not sure about store policies regarding refund or returns. Although they are nice and genuinely caring, store employees are just employees but the managers and company is vague with their customer service resolutions. My 10 year old son developed pain in his feet recently. He plays tennis 6 days a week and it was preventing him from practicing. As a physician, i knew he needed better support for his feet. Because he is so active, he goes through a pair of shoes every two months. I figured if I invested in a pair of arch supports, we can use them in multiple shoes and he would always be comfortable. We made an appointed to the store and spent about 45 minutes with Amanda. She was professional and patient with my son. After evaluating his feet, she recommended two different arch supports. One for normal daily wear and one for sports. We opted to buy only the support for sports, as they were a pricey investment and we were not 100% sure it would work out. My son tried out his new arches today and he said they felt great. He was very happy because he had no more pain in his feet. As a parent, I am so relieved that he is feeling better. She answered all my questions and was very professional yet friendly, and I felt she took her time and I never felt rushed. You do have to expect a few weeks of adjustment time with using your arch supports, after all, you've spent many years getting out of alignment. Susie was very up front about letting me know what to expect, and I never felt pressured to buy. I did purchase the system and some of their shoes. You can also use the supports in shoes you already have, but Susie gave me good advice on what type of shoes I should be wearing, not just makers that they partner with. They really, really work!!! I can speak from real life experience, because wearing my three step insoles for the past 5 months has truly made an incredible difference!! I dealt with Billie at the Pasadena location. He was all smiles and happy and cordial when I decided to purchase the program costing me $1,400. However, when I tried using the insoles, I was very uncomfortable due to the pain in my heels. So I called Billie and expressed that I want to return the program. He requested a doctor's note. During that phone call he was very unpolite with me obviously a sound of disappointment that he is not getting his commission.. So I brought a doctor's letter because he needed me to be in the presence of his manager. So when I walked in, He didnt even greet me standing next to his manager and they went right into the transaction to start the process of a refund. Oh no that didn't happen as smoothly as one thinks. It was total interrogation by the manager. I felt very uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Word of caution for people. They treat you like a King and Queen when they know they are making their commission but oh boy watch out if you happen to change your mind. So after listening to Handel on the radio, am640, how happy he is with his good feet inserts, I decided to take a chance and see what they had to offer. First, In the commercial that they have, it doesn't tell you that you are going to need three different inserts to wear throughout the day and that it's going to cost $1200. Second, this is all a sales pitch, the people there are not professionals. I showed Alex at the store all of the custom-made orthotics that I have had made in the past from other places and he just kept saying how superior their products were from anything that I had. Never mind that I had told him that one of his inserts felt like one that I had before. So I told him thank you, he gave me a pamphlet that I could read and take with me so I could come back if I change my mind. I told him thank you and I was merrily on my way. Then I asked him if he could validate my parking and he said nope they took our machine and we don't know why so go to Starbucks. My point with this is that he wasn't as nice as when he first talked to me because he didn't make a sale. So before you go there at least you know what my experience was and if I had read a post like mine at least I would know beforehand what I was getting into. Three inserts that you have to wear throughout the day and you have to wear them with different shoes. REALLY!! are you kidding me who has three different shoes with them all day, I don't, good luck. I had just injured my back again. (chronic back pain) After getting treated at the doctors office my wife suggested we try the good feet store to see if it can help my back a little more. First thing to note... The store experience was incredible. Ericka was very sweet and awesome. she took her time dealing with me a was very alert to my needs and wants. Second thing to note... After I purchased the 3 step arch support system (I could have bought them in there steps which Erika was willing to help with was awesome), I defiantly has taking a little longer than expected but you just have to take your time sometime. Some people are changed right away but I was slightly different. I struggled a little after the second day increasing time. but with encouraging calls from Ericka and encouraging me to take my time and not over do anything. My inserts are getting better. I was able to change from my strengtheners to maintainers Easter Sunday in between Sunrise Service stood from 4am to 8:00am. Then changed to maintainers to the do our Main Church Service from 8:30am to 2:00pm. My feet were pretty tired by then end of the day when I got home at 3:30pm as I had been on my feet for 12 hours. Monday was a little rough, only 2 hours with strengtheners and about 3 before I had to switch to relaxers. By Tuesday is was able to wear strengtheners for 5 hours before switching to maintainers. My back, knees and ankle are feeling much better now. I have gotten used to taking the inserts with me if I am going be gone all day just had to work it into a routine. If you have Ankle, Knee, Hip, Back Pain I would recommend giving Good Feet at try. what do you have to lose really but you enjoyment of life with less or in most case no pain. Yes, they are a little pricey but lets face it we waste more money on things we just throw away or don't use. I will continue to uses these as it is a lifestyle change. Take it from me a guy how was in a car accident with a broken ankle, as well as sacrum, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine damage. Scam alert! I couldn't believe my friend mentioned these insoles were over $400 each. I thought he heard wrong. Nope. I head the ad from KFI. They want you to buy at least 3 sets of inserts "to be worn throughout the day." I work. I don't change my shoes throughout the day. This is a scam to sell over $1000 worth of stuff that the medical industry doesn't even charge that much for. And they want you to stay and listen to the pitch for over an hour and a half! And try on "all" of their orthotics. Based on what you tell them you have they should be able to narrow it down and sell you one set. It's a bunch of garbage.
