I went in today for a "free fitting." Mostly out of desperation as I've tried many different insoles for my plantar fasciitis. My situation isn't typical, I have a very physical job, walk a ton, and I am restricted to only safety toe work shoes, so options aren't great. I was seriously willing to try anything at this point. I highly recommend that people get medically evaluated before visiting places like this because they don't have medical training. The salesperson was friendly and informative. But, the more I think about it, they did a great job of excluding what they don't want you to pay attention to. I just wish I had done more research on this company. Please do your research before spending this kind of money. I felt like my lack of research of this company made it hard for me to see the red flags. I can say I wasn't informed about the no refunds policy. I found that by looking over the receipt and the stickers they place on the insole boxes. That kind of bothers me because it shows the company doesn't think their products are good enough to offer a refund if it doesn't work for the customer. That says a lot about a company. You're not really guaranteeing your product if you don't allow a customer to return it if it doesn't work out. This will be a big reason why I won't be recommending this company to people. I wasn't ever informed that I could purchase insoles individually, in fact I was briefly shown a "package" sheet, I wanted two sets of insoles, of course that was only offered with the most expensive package. Upon checking my insoles box, I noticed that I didn't have 2 sets of the 3 system insoles. I only had 1 set of the relaxers, the other two insoles I have 2 sets off. I am slightly confused as I picked that option with the assumption that I had 2 full sets of 3 types of insoles. I will follow up tomorrow for that. Looking at these reviews leave me thinking this company doesn't care about the customer after getting their money. If they did, why haven't they addressed the issues customers continuously bring up in these reviews? I am having a hard time finding positive reviews, that's a huge red flag. I can only hope that this offers me some relief, I will give it a genuine try, but I find it disingenuous that they do not offer a money back guarantee on a product that costs $1000+. They certainly did not bring that up. Here's to hoping I didn't just get scammed out of a several thousand dollars because of my desperation for some foot pain relief. read more

This company will SCREW with customers. Do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of by them!!! Went in there with foot problems was sold shoes and 3 insets. I was told that I had to have 3 inserts!!! Got home and the inserts hurt my feet. I checked and "bad feet" would not refund anything and they didn't give me a receipt. read more

Purchased the insert package for $1700.00.he clerk said no refunds because people sweat and they are unsanitary. My followedthe program and my left hip hurt so bad hald to pick up leg up to moveit. I call and was told to come in for refit. My refit..she said has walk in customer so I needed to wait. My turn she return 15 min later with another pair took my originals. Results terrible my chiropractor to take them out. They were throwing off my hip by one inch. I went to a foot doctor and had custom made for $400.00. It is my intention to seek legal counsel. $1800 for inserts for your feet!! That was the cheapest version too. No refunds once you walk out the door. ( They tell you that within 90 days you can get readjustments, but really, they cost $1800?). The salesman was very sweet and you spend an hour with them. ( How do they sleep at night?). I was desperate to have some thing to help with my knee pain but once I got in the car, I realized I had the biggest buyer remorse ever. So embarrassed to even tell anybody I spent that much money. You can easily go to a doctor and have orthotics made and usually your insurance pays for it. It would've been nice to have the pricing upfront in the very beginning. They don't do that. I feel it's a very big scam. Knee still hurts too. No amount of inserts will help because I have bone on bone osteoarthritis. I should of realized that. ( I did have plantar fasciitis years ago and went to a doctor and had orthotics made and I haven't had plantar fasciitis since then and I did not spend $1800.). read more

Highly recommended! I have been dealing with Plantar fasciitis since 2015. I was no longer able to walk for miles and do things I enjoy. Then, more than four years after a colleague suggested a visit to the Good Feet Store and take a free assessment, I final schedule an appointment. An hour later, I walk out the door with a pain level only a fraction of what it was when I entered the store. One month later little to no pain! I highly recommend the Good Feet Store to anyone who want to unburden themselves of the pain. Dear, "The Good Feet Store" Tacoma Your incerts seem to work! Great job with the product. However, if you want to advertise and push your most expensive products without showing cheaper options which forces many to be pushed towards your 'Snap' long term payment plan, then might I suggest that you know that system better so people don't have to go through the frustrating time I had; not getting many clear answers when I asked your staff. If not, then maybe it would be better just to not push people towards the most expensive options by completely avoiding telling them (us) about the still helpful FAR LESS options (like buying one orthotic at a time starting with their "The Maintainer" option). Do show more affordable options to your patrons when they clearly express that your most expensive options are out of their price range. (...that range, mind you lies upwards of $2,500- $1,500). Also, I felt my time wasn't values when i requested a shorter appointment as I needed to go to work shortly there after. I assured the salesman I was working with that I did want to buy - I just needed some time clipped off of the appointment. "Maybe skip some salesy stuff" I was figuring. He didn't skip any as it was identical as the simultaneous appointment happening acrossed from us inside the store. You must work on commission! This is the first time I have ever posted a Review for a company. If it were possible to give them 0 stars ~ I would do so. I bought 2 pairs of insoles and left the store. Then reconsidered buying 2 pairs, went back to the store to return one unworn pair and was advised there are no returns. Literally, as soon as you walk out of the store with the product, you can only exchange for a different pair. The insoles are in the same box, inside the same bag and have never been worn. The sales person immediately changed from polite to one of the most rude individuals I have ever encountered. This is a terrible way to conduct business Go online and you can literally buy the same insoles for about 1/3 of the cost. I agree with the other reviews. I wish I would have read them before I waisted a thousand dollars on inserts I could have bought for ten bucks. We were told they guarantee the product. Then when we're walking out the door they tell us there is no returns. That should've been a red light for me. You wonder why a person would buy this. It's because you have a love one that is hurting and you want them to be better. My wife is worse than she was before she went in to this business. But we are $1000 out of pocket. Yep, it's a scam. They said they would call me after 10 days and never did. I called them because I had more pain in different areas. They basically told me to go slower breaking them in. I did exactly like they recommended and my foot pain got significantly worse. During the initial consultation, the salesman pointed out more than once that he "wasn't a doctor." Be warned. I went into this store with high hopes. I was in a lot of pain at work, and desperate to find something to change that for my feet. I was greeted by Barbie, who set me up with a sneaker, cushions, and of course the pricey arch system. Due to the pain I was in, and desperate for relief I felt like I was easily taken advantaged of. Only 2 out of the 3 part arch system and cushions will cost you roughly $700+ without sneakers. There was no mention of their NO REFUND policy at any point during my visit. Upon getting home and unpacking, I noticed a sticker added on to each box stating that they will not allow returns. At that point I did not even want to give this arch system a try. In dismay, and after the store had closed I was able to email corporate and explain the situation. Barbie, the sales associate that had helped me did reach out and ended up refunding me. For this, I will give credit to where credit is due. However a part of the conversation still sticks with me when she condescendingly mentioned "maybe you're having buyers remorse". I feel as a company, if you are so confident in your products, why wouldn't there be a satisfaction or your money back guarantee for such an expensive product? Instead the buyer is just met with "we'll keep resizing you" as a solution. These arch supports are NOT CUSTOM MADE. During your consultation they simply measure you- The "arch system" that costs hundreds is mere plastic or other inexpensive materials. A quick google search of this company will lead you to multiple doctors, podiatrists and other medical professionals denouncing the predatory nature of this company, and the nonexistent science behind their system as well. The customer is not protected at all after investing hundreds into their products, with there faulty policy. Not to mention this stores markups are astronomical. Turns out all I needed for some relief was a pair of Brooks tennis shoes. I kept the pair Barbie sold me, the real only benefit of my purchase and good find. Online however directly from Brooks, along with free 2 day shipping the same exact pair sells for $130 - in the Good Feet Store it is $180. That's an almost 40% markup. I hate to think about what the margins are on the full 3 step $1100+ arch system. I highly suggest you learn from my experience/review and do thorough research, and consulting with your doctor before buying from this company, along with reading their BBB complaints. read more

The problem is that it may take days trying the product before you notice that it does more harm than help. Beware of this company. My husband went in to check out the orthotics they sell. He was placed on a computerized mat and then told what he needed. The sales person came out with what she said he needed. She placed three different orthotics in his shoes and ask him to walk around. He said they felt a little strange and told him they would get more comfortable as his feet adjusted. I ask which orthotic he needed she says all three. When I asked the price she stated a price over 1,000.00 dollars. We explained that was too expensive so she said to get at least the first pair because they would correct issues that were causing knee and low back pain. We were told they were guaranteed to help. Well, guess what, not only have they not helped but his low back pain has gotten worse. He has worn them for a week and a half but finally took them out because they were so uncomfortable. When we contacted the corporate office surprise surprise no refund. Exchange only. So glad we didn't spend over a thousand dollars for a terrible product.
