If you need a place to go buy scrubs in person, this is the place. Jan is by far the most helpful employee they've ever had there. She takes good care of your wants and needs and also listens to you. She's professional, empathetic and caring every time I've come in. Often times I will call to see what type of inventory they have so that I don't have to drive all the way to Tacoma and she gives me all of the ideas of what's on the floor. And she remembers me every time I go in. I refer all of my students to her as this is a wonderful place to buy scrubs And Where I will continue to buy my scrubs each and every time. read more

Me and daughter are looking around and she Was fitting pants for her work Then I had to use the rest room unfortunately the lady stated that we cannot use their restroom for public rest room because of COVID! Lol I am a customer and they let them fit their clothes? And won't let use their rest room? I think fitting the clothes are more unsanitary than using the rest room! Second I was paying for my daughters scrubs and when I asked them to log in to my account and gave my badge to get a 10 % that is affiliated so the lady just said oh ma'am we cannot your your badge coz she's using the scrubs! So I said I'm the one paying for it! How stupid could that be? And she just said oh I will give you an exemption only this time! Lol I wonder if they have a policy but then I'm the one paying for my daughter! Not friendly ! read more

On 9/17/23 I made an online purchase for my goddaughter on 9/20/23 the order status showed as still processing. I called the customer service line and was told the order wouldn't process for a couple more days the order was delivered the next day. Sunday 9/24/23 my goddaughter took the items back to the store to exchange them for a smaller size. She called me and said the store was showing that the order had not been shipped when she clearly had the ordered items and the receipt for them on hand. I called the customer service line to have the issue resolved so she could exchange the items for the right size. Cedric said that I would have to wait up to 3 days before the items could be exchanged. I then spoke with the supervisor Jackie who informed me that she had told Cedrick what to say and that I wasn't the only customer who had to wait for 3 days to exchange or return orders . The Scrubs and Beyond system had a glitch and all of their online customers who had purchased items and needed further assistance had to wait up to 3 days before they could get their orders resolved. She was very unprofessional with her delivery and I was the customer who was being inconvenienced due to the glitch in their system. I'm not in the habit of patronizing businesses who don't value my time or care enough about their customers to make sure they have an updated system to make exchanges when necessary. As a customer service representative I feel that Scrubs and Beyond should have saw there was a problem with the first phone call to their customer service department regarding the order. I also feel that Scrubs and Beyond should have given me and any other customers at least a 10 percent discount on the order or a future order for the inconvenience instead of telling the customer(s) that they just have to wait until the glitch is fixed. For these reasons I would never recommend Scrubs and Beyond nor will I ever purchase any other products from Scrubs and Beyond. read more

Emily made my experience at this store amazing! I needed to buy scrubs for my nursing program and it involves getting the logo embroidered and I was just feeling particularly overwhelmed. As soon as I mentioned the school Emily knew right away the colors and styles required, almost as if she had a little catalog right in her head. She helped me pick out a couple styles that I could try on in the dressing room as well as alternatives when I mentioned certain fit issues. She was knowledgeable and meticulous. The store was low on stock for a few items because the vender was backordered, but she took the time to get me the expected delivery dates which gave me peace of mind knowing I'd still have everything well before my schools deadline. Very friendly staff. I was shopping for my girlfriend at the time and they tried to help me find what she was looking for. Lol. I ordered an outfit from this company. Received half the order and then almost 2 mos. later was informed the rest of my order no longer existed. I had placed multiple calls to Scrubs and Beyond during this time and was told they had no idea when the jacket to my outfit would arrive. Now I receive an email saying the jacket no longer exists. I have scrub pants without a jacket and no possibility of having this matching outfit. This info was sent out to me in a random email. Your company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I visited this store today with my husband to get him new scrubs. There were two large sections of men's scrub choices. The variety of brands and colors were very impressive. There were literally 5 different shades of blue, for example. We've visited scrub stores before that had half the selection. We were so pleased to have many choices. My husband was able to find great options and was thrilled there were pants with zippers for easier restroom use. The woman working there today was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service and great selection. The dressing rooms were large and spacious. All around pleasant shopping experience. Will recommend to others! First I have to say the in store customer service is great. Always helpful. Now the big issue I have is I have yet to receive anything the store promises to have shipped for you if they don't have stock. My first experience I ended up canceling the order because after waiting 2 weeks and still no order I went online and ordered the items myself and received in less than a week. I called the Tacoma location to follow up on my order and they still did not have the original order I then cancelled it. I recently on June 2nd ordered a scrub top in the store. They called the supplier and was told they had the size I needed and it would be shipped. I said great ship it. Now about 2.5 weeks later I called to follow up on order and they had to call supplier because my item still had not shipped. They promised that day it would be shipped to store and they would ship it to my home for free. Ok great. Now as of today July 3rd still no shirt. I called the Tacoma store again and was told the item was shipped to the store on 6/27 And had been on back order which was never explained to me. I was told they had the item. They then said we are gong to ship it for free and give a me a $5 coupon. Totally not acceptable....they will call me when it's received to give me an arrival date. I requested it be shipped as 1-2 day shipping. I paid full price for an item over a month ago and won't be receiving what I paid for until 6 weeks later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do NOT ever order anything in store. You are better off gong online to purchase you own items. read more

I just went back to get some more scrubs for my next quarter. They still are five stars for me! The staff is so friendly and helpful. A woman helping me find things checked on me while I tried on items and suggested other brands as well. She happily checked in the back of the store for more sizes and even offered to order things for me. I love coming here! read more

They have a good variety of scrubs. They also offer a discount if you present your employee badge. I'm not sure if the discount is for every hospital, so just ask! The bummer part about it was that discounts don't apply to clearance items. read more
