They also offer their special Organic Sweet & Sour Garlic Chili Sauce, which is a MUST HAVE with the dumplings! Don't be scared to have to cook the dumplings yourself! There are a multitude of cooking options available and can yield perfectly delicious dumplings! One can either boil (easiest), steam (healthy), or pan fry (requires the most effort) the dumplings. Just google how to cook Chinese dumplings for each technique. I met the owner's granddaughter, Peggy, who is the face of the company and THE NICEST person you could ever meet.
