I'm marking this place down 1 star because the lettuce was wilted (perhaps because of the heat? Idk I ordered it on door dash). Also, I prefer more crunchy lettuce (like iceberg) over what they had. They offer a variety of dumplings: shrimp (includes a little bit of spinach), pork & cabbage, pork & leek, chicken & celery, and a vegetarian one. They also offer their special Organic Sweet & Sour Garlic Chili Sauce, which is a MUST HAVE with the dumplings! Don't be scared to have to cook the dumplings yourself! There are a multitude of cooking options available and can yield perfectly delicious dumplings! One can either boil (easiest), steam (healthy), or pan fry (requires the most effort) the dumplings. Just google how to cook Chinese dumplings for each technique. I met the owner's granddaughter, Peggy, who is the face of the company and THE NICEST person you could ever meet. She manages the day-to-day operations, while her grandfather, Mr. Han, handles all of the dumpling making. Three Leaf Dumpling's website touts that Mr. Han has been covered by the Washington Post for his mastery in hand-pulled noodles.
