(YAY me) I know... TMI. But if you're worried about skin damage because of similar issues, she will take excellent care of you. The skin that was waxed is the clearest it's ever been after any wax I've had previously. I don't know enough about the process to know what would make my skin less irritated after. But I did do the mask afterwards. Overall I'm very impressed with the overall cleanliness, privacy, and quality to speed ratio. I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows.
