I'm an x-HS wrestler and I love the physicality of working out. Running and pushing weights doesn't do it for me. X-Fit boxing is everything I've been needing in my life. Coach Ahmik is awesome. Patient, fun, demanding. He taught me the basics, pushed me to power through the lack of cardio and motivates without being negative. In 5 classes, I've learned multiple punch combos, proper techniques, pivots and so much more. The gym is clean, well kept and welcoming. But it smells like a gym that gets used by those who want to be better. I love it.
