We went through my likes and dislikes and any foods that I am allergic to or need to stay away from! She was well knowledgeable about nutrition and assured me she would be able to work around my restrictions, which I was nervous about because I can be pretty picky at times with what I eat! I hired her for a trial and was very impressed with her timeliness, cleanliness, and how professional she was! If there was something I did not like she at least got me to try it and if I still didn't like it she would make changes!
