I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Not sure $335 is a bargain, worked out to $140 per side windows and $195 for the windshield (with a supposed $25 discount on the windshield) but the job is decent, if the 2-3 bubbles I see in the windshield go away, as promised. When I reached out for services, I basically asked for the works--some places were happy to quote me for everything I mentioned without question. But Sage at MMD took the time to explain what was actually needed because of the ceramic coat and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Couldn't be happier, frankly. Jake is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and does a very thorough and professional job. The overall cost and price was very fair and reasonable, imo. We'll definitely be back for other projects and look forward to the next one.

Did not go for the real dark stuff. Went with a 30% tint and it looks elegant. The plan was to leave the car there and get a ride there and back but my ride fell through. They graciously offered to drop me off at a coffee shop so I could continue working. I took them up on the offer. They also picked me up when the car was finished. The result was great. UV protection. Heat reduction. Aesthetic improvement. Tge experience was great. Professional, courteous, quality workmanship and materials. Kudos.
