Suede... lined with shearling, with more shearling on the cuffs and collar. Designed by Mother, $450. I wanted to take it home with me. Then I checked the label... 100% polyester. Anthropologie, what on earth are you doing selling an almost $500 after taxes jacket that's made of plastic??? I walked around and so many things were a similar circumstance. Who is curating these stores?? People don't come into Anthropologie to buy trash bags and get a headache and burning lungs from air freshener or whatever it is they pump into the air. Bring back the integrity of the store. Otherwise, you're just a severely overpriced SHEIN, Temu, Amazon. The girls who worn here are always nice though, not their fault corporate is ruining the brand.

I was at Westfield University Town Center (UTC) and happened to see Anthropologie so I had to come in here to find out. Well, it's basically a clothing store with some knick knacks of decor and household goods. I find the clothing designs to be ultra hip. It's not quite my clothing style, but I can see how it gives a slick and smooth appeal. Love the colors! I spent some time perusing the perimeter. I normally don't look at the staff unless I have to ask them a question. Funny, I found myself being looked at LOL. Maybe the wardrobe I was wearing at the time speaks its own style and uniqueness that didn't fit with Anthropologie's brand. It's all good. I don't take offense. They can look all they want. Anyway, I didn't buy anything, but it was a nice stroll through the store though.

For example, I was greeted warmly by Melissa today and she helped me pick out a few new outfits to try on. She gave me honest feedback and insightful styling advice, but with no pressure. She had an authentic interest in helping me find a piece that was functional for my lifestyle and that was special enough to help me feel like my best self. To top things off, as I'm walking out, she recalls that I had a son at home and asked if he might want a small packet of gummy bears. This may seem like a small gesture, but it's more than that to me-- she remembered me, she remembered him, and she cared. She cared enough to offer him a cheery moment (even if she wasn't there to witness or get credit). That's so cool. Well, even if Tucci wasn't conveniently located in the same shopping center as Philz coffee and Jimbo's, I'd still make the trip to visit Tucci because they're worth it!

Have been coming to this store for years and she consistently gives her customers her all, whether it's helping find different sizes at other stores, making suggestions for outfits, handling returns or exchanges, or locating the right size or color of an item online. There is also a petite Asian woman who works at the UTC store and she's also delightful every time I'm there. She has great suggestions for clothing and will be quite honest and say when something isn't the best look or fit and then will recommend other items that typically work better. Like having a personal shopper. I love this UTC branch of J Jill, and these two ladies are in large part the reason I keep returning to shop there.

My wife usually finds something interesting to wear and always looks great. I love that this store has a small place for me to sit and enjoy the AC on a hot summer day while my spouse shops til she drops. There is a wide selection of jeans, shorts, tops and accessories all well displayed and laid out on their sales floor.
