They checked in to make sure I was finding everything okay. I found a few things I was interested in and tried them on. I loved one item. J.crew Factory is great for their basics but they really have a lot of cute dresses, skirts, pants and more. The quality is a little different from the non factory store, but I've still been happy with items I've purchased. There is definitely room for shopping at both. I went to the counter to make my purchase. The cashier was helping someone else so another employee came to help me. He was really welcoming, upbeat and helpful. My sale was quick and easy. I had a terrible experience at the San Marcos store and haven't been back since so I was a little apprehensive. After this visit, I will definitely return in the future. The service level is what I am accustomed to having been both a J Crew and Factory store customer for years. As an added bonus it's much closer to me than the other locations.

Walking into Lululemon afterward and being helped by Suzie was truly a breath of fresh air. Suzie was incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely happy to help. She repeatedly brought both me and my girlfriend different sizes, styles, and color options without ever making us feel like we were asking for too much. She never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced. She was open, attentive, and enthusiastic throughout the entire experience. There are several activewear stores in this plaza where we could have spent our money, but the customer service at Lululemon made us feel so much happier and more confident purchasing there. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection, but Suzie's exceptional customer service is what made the biggest difference. Their goods are quite expensive but using sales and promo codes can make their clothing more reasonable and accessible to us common folk. Many of the items I ordered were fulfilled by this San Diego location. I would normally wrote this review but each shipment was packaged very well and they even included hand written notes from the people in the store! I really love this brand. They seem to do it right. I have visited their stores in New York and Nantucket and the experience was top notch. I am so glad that their online store provides the same experience. Check them out! Maybe some day I will too..

When she eventually came out, she was constantly on her phone and didn't make much effort to engage with me or provide assistance. When I asked for help, rather than asking what size I normally wear or taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she simply grabbed multiple sizes. The experience felt more like I was shopping on my own than being assisted by a sales stylist. I gave the store another chance and came back a second time. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same. The same sales associate was in the back, came out, gave a quick hello, and immediately went back to being on her phone. There was very little effort to engage with customers or create a welcoming shopping experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clothing. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. Some of the threads were already coming loose, and the overall construction did not feel worth the price. For the price point and quality, I honestly feel you can find better options elsewhere. I don't even typically shop at SHEIN, but the quality-to-price ratio here was disappointing enough that I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention from the sales associate, and overpriced clothing that feels cheaply made made this a very disappointing shopping experience. I expected a much higher level of service and quality for the prices Bobby Rocco charges.
