When she eventually came out, she was constantly on her phone and didn't make much effort to engage with me or provide assistance. When I asked for help, rather than asking what size I normally wear or taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she simply grabbed multiple sizes. The experience felt more like I was shopping on my own than being assisted by a sales stylist. I gave the store another chance and came back a second time. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same. The same sales associate was in the back, came out, gave a quick hello, and immediately went back to being on her phone. There was very little effort to engage with customers or create a welcoming shopping experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clothing. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. Some of the threads were already coming loose, and the overall construction did not feel worth the price. For the price point and quality, I honestly feel you can find better options elsewhere. I don't even typically shop at SHEIN, but the quality-to-price ratio here was disappointing enough that I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention from the sales associate, and overpriced clothing that feels cheaply made made this a very disappointing shopping experience. I expected a much higher level of service and quality for the prices Bobby Rocco charges.

I pride myself in customer service and proper etiquette when dealing with the general public. I have now been in this store 3 times today being 12/8/22 approx. 2 pm. I have been greeted poorly every.single.time. The first 2 times I don't think the woman working even acknowledged I had walked in and today the sales associate gave a underwhelming hello and didn't ask if "I was looking for anything in particular?" "Can I help you find a Christmas gift?" "Let me know if you have any questions at all, I am here for anything you may need" and there was nothing as I left the store either "Thanks so much for coming in" "Have a great day!" Are just a few things you can say when you work in retail. If this wasn't the 3rd visit with the same treatment I wouldn't be leaving a review this thorough but I really felt the owner needs to know. They do have really cute items for purchase in there but the staff is rude and seems to maybe only cater to customers who have a certain look to them? Just a guess. Do better in the customer service department and you'd make more sales! I would have been willing to buy a necklace I saw in there today and really cute MYSTIQUE sandals if I was at least treated like an actual customer but I can't support this business.

They're heavily promoting their Maeve brand. They also had a little shoe feature which I hadn't seen before. I checked out the sale items & they had a good selection, but nothing caught my eye. Then as I was poking around the Maeve section, I noticed a really cute white button down with embroidered horses on it. Then I spotted a couple of sweaters with a horse motif, some really adorable red trousers & a red shirt that said "Ciao Bella". I brought the goods into the changing room, and ultimately decided on the white blouse with the horses. I was happy to note that there is a 20% discount for students and teachers as well. Anthropologie skews on the higher end for everything from clothes, to candles, to toiletries & costume jewelry. Prices get a little better for sale items, but most of the time, everything is still pricey. Anthropologie's clothes do tend to be well-made and quality on the whole & when building or curating your wardrobe, you can find some pieces that will be favorites for years to come. The store is located in a nice shopping center with several other businesses nearby, including ice cream shops and other retail stores. This Nordstrom Rack is quite large and has a great selection. I especially loved browsing the home decor section and candles. I found a Sand + Fog candle that was 50% off, which was such a great find. They also carry a lot of smaller items and travel-sized products. My boyfriend picked up a few items, and we noticed a lot of merchandise from brands like TravisMathew at significant discounts. There are definitely plenty of high-end brands available at great prices. They also have an impressive shoe selection. Overall, I really enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack because there are always amazing deals on quality brands. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and organized, and the shopping experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
