I like crispy chicken and Great White Fish/Chicken hits the mark with warm food, crispiness and full of flavor. You can add extra sauce or have them add the sauce (sauce on the side please). The lady on the phone was rude today . I know there was a boxing fight today so maybe they were busy but she seems as if she was annoyed! The food is made to order so always fresh . After searching for the best fried chicken in Grand Rapids, I found this place and decided to give it a try. Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcome. I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat, resisting the temptation to get some seafood as well. My order was ready in 20 minutes, just as promised. Back in my truck, I eagerly dug into my meal. Never got my refund back when my order got cancelled . I paid like $$30-40 and never got the food

We made an online order for $56. The money was immediately taken from my account. Upon arrival at the store, they lost our order, along with the customer's next to me. The manager said, "we need an order number." The online app did not send us an order number but they took our money. When I talked to the manager, he was extremely rude, talked over me nonstop, and told me to "call my bank." While at the store a customer was given the wrong order. When she brought it back, the worker was going to save the order instead of throwing it away. Avoid this place. read more

Chicken so good i drove 2.5hours just to get it let me start by saying that they have the best wings everrrr!!! Pretty little, but every bite was juicy and has meat to it, not just coatings. I actually went there for their chickens, so I can only rate them on that but definitely worth it! Can't afford to just pass by without going in. Great place for fresh fried chicken. It is really a take out place with no frills, but the food is amazing. The first time that we ordered from there, we were craving chicken tenders. I was expecting the anemic frozen tenders that you typically get from most restaurants. There were 8 of us so I ordered 40 tenders, I also wanted a little left over. When I picked up the food, it seemed a bit on the large size, but maybe they just gave me a big container. When I got home, to my surprise, the chicken tenders were whole breast tenders and were huge. We gorged ourselves and still had a huge amount of leftovers that we ate for days. We have since been back several times and each time the chicken is great. Their fish is decent, but not as amazing as the chicken. Their greens and mac and cheese are very tasty as well. They sell out of greens so be warned. The mac n cheese is some of the creamiest I have tasted. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is the wait can be a bit long at times.
