This is what you get when you order "crispy" tenders in "dry" rub all the food was cold and soaked in this grease/sauce combo.

Very disappointed with this location. We've tried every location in Grand Rapids and have never seen this. There was a huge pool of grease/ sauce in the crispy tender "dry rub" - Louisiana rub. My wrong combo was also drowning and cold after being 2 minutes after pickup time.. We couldn't even eat anything.

I'm always looking for wing places and wanted to try Wingstop for the first time last fall. I was able to order online which was really easy and convenient. I like to try a little bit of everything at wing places, so I ordered some traditional wings, boneless wings, fries, and chicken tenders. I got some of the tenders naked, and also tried the Cajun seasoning, original hot, hickory smoked BBQ, and Spicy Korean Q sauces. The order was ready right when I requested, but ended up missing a drink that was supposed to come with the combo. A bit of a bummer, but my fault for not checking before we got home. The food was all hot and packaged really well, with different foil compartments for different sauced items in the same container. They also included a lot of ketchup packets, wet wipes, and silverware. The total was $30 and it was a lot of food! We had a bunch of leftovers. Here's my official ranking of each of the items (sauces separately, for science): 1. Chicken tenders (pretty meaty and good breading ratio) 2. Traditional wings (some of the wings were really tiny, but they were cooked well) 3. Boneless wings (these were actually probably tied for second - big meaty chunks!) 1. Spicy Korean Q: a little bit of a kick 2. hickory smoked BBQ: classic BBQ flavor, not too sweet 3. original hot 4. Cajun seasoning: didn't like this one at all, too much oregano for me Overall I was really pleased with the food and would probably order there again in the future if our regular local places weren't open.

Food is made fast, hot, and pickup is easy. On Super Bowl they had the biggest chicken wings I had ever seen! Service is quick and courteous.

I was absolutely excited to try this place. I mean you don't even UNDERSTAND the hype, I was so excited. Annnnd after all that it was "ehh" I got the Hickory Smoked BBQ chicken sandwich combo. Now it comes with fries and a drink. I got the regular fries and ranch to dip them in because, if you haven't heard.... "Wingstop ranch is TOP TIER" . My husband got an 8 piece boneless wings, 4 were Hickory Smoked BBQ and 4 were Garlic Parmesan. He said they were "pretty good". He loved the fries. My sandwich was just, basic. Way to sweet and they buried that sandwich in sauce. When I tell you buried I mean lol you couldn't see chicken until I wiped it off. Way to sweet. The fries were basic, hand cut fries, not fresh but frozen so they're "ok" some weren't quiet done. I was pretty let down. We came all the way from Battle Creek. Thankfully not just for WingStop. ‍ ya win some ya loose some. It's not horrible. But honestly I've had better in the frozen section at meijer. The workers could use a class in customer service. They barely looked our way, we walked in and they didn't say a thing to us. Kind of awkward. He finally came over to take our order with his mask half on (idc about him wearing a mask) but it muffled everything he said.... We could barely understand him at all... not very professional. I won't come again and I definitely won't go out of my way.

I'm getting really tired of supporting these businesses. We are suppose to be taking care of them, but they keep ripping us off. These flavorless wings were all dried out , as big as my pinky, and very pricey. 15 bone in and a small drink $20 with a 20 minute wait. I didn't think anyone could be worse than Buffalo Wild Wings, well I found worse. I Don't recommend this place and will never go back. Just my opinion

I'm going to make this very simple. WingStop Suck! I should have known something was wrong when I walked in and smelled what I can only describe as a mixture of something rancid mixed with motor oil. My food tasted exactly like what I was smelling. This was my first time eating there so I didn't know what to order so I settled for 5 spicy Koren and 5 Garlic parmesan bone-in wings (traditional) combo. The girl failed to tell me that the ice machine wasn't working for the soda that came with the combo. All I can say is those are the worse wings that I have ever eaten. I will keep the location of the store private. I'm not one to openly complain about anything but this spot was pretty bad. I also know that Wingstop doesn't own the property in the plaza, but the employees should be responsible for picking up the trash that's right in front of the door instead of walking through it.

The atmosphere is clean and spacious for it's true size. You walk up to the counter to order. You can dine in or carry out. The have a freestyle Coke machine. I ordered some boneless wings in Hickory BBQ and some in Louisiana Rub. The chicken itself was decent, however I hated both the bbq and the rub. The bbq was too bold and suprisingly a little spicy, it overpowered Ranch. The Rub felt like it was being pulled in 5 directions, and none of them in harmony. I also ordered some cajun corn. This was good just too much cajun seasoning. The service was good. Overall I would give them 2 stars. I didn't even finish the chicken. Would I return? No.

    4 Crispy Tenders

The food was extremely gross to the point it was inedible, there was around 1/2 cup of grease that pooled in each of our order, the seasoning only covered 1/4th of the chicken tenders we ordered. The service took an extra 20 minutes to complete. The people infront of us had their order done wrong 2 times while we were there. The floors were extremely sticky as well.

Great wings! However, no ketchup or salt for fries. Ask for fries to be crispy & they were not!

I hadn't gotten it regularly since then until they texted me that they got their new mozzerella sticks. I ordered them and got the confirmation they were ready around 4:18 pm I went to pick it up after I got out of work and told the guy my name who was on his phone as soon as I got there and he said 5 more minutes I waited 30 and saw a bag on the counter and got up to look because it had been there the whole time but he had said 5 more minutes. Once I got up he came up and I asked "is that not the one" and he said "oh yeah it's ready" I didn't call the store or do anything because I thought maybe it was just a bad day and so what my food was cold but at the end of the day whatever. About a week later me and my coworkers doordashed through the wing snob website food to our work. The doordash driver accidentally brought us the wrong order and I had texted him letting him know, while waiting for a response from him I called wing snob to see what they could do and the man on the phone was immediately like "there's nothing I can do, you need to contact doordash" that's understandable so I tried to hit the help button but it said I only could call wing snob if I needed help with my order. At this time the doordash driver had responded to my text saying that he was at the restaurant and the worker was telling him that he had the right order and the doordash driver asked if I could call. I called once again and said "my driver is there to fix his mistake but you're telling him he took the right order but he didn't" the same worker started being disrespectful and essentially said "I told you there's nothing I can do, call doordash" I replied "I tried but it said to call you guys can you guys not remake the food the doordash driver is there to correct his mistake" he said "No call doordash" even after I said I would repay because I still wanted my food. After just finding the help number for doordash I called them and the person put me on hold while he looked into my order. After 5 minutes someone picked up and asked who I was, confused I said "I was placed on hold someone was looking into my order. Who is this?" He said wing snob he asked for my name and realized I was the same person who had been calling. Instantly he got an attitude and started talking in a higher volume and speaking to me like I was dumb saying "I've told you multiple times there's nothing I can do it is not my fault that someone took your food and ate it." I tried explaining that doordash transferred me to the them unwillingly and I was not trying to call them but he was still being rude so ultimately I hung up not wanting to be disrespected any longer. Never called back and never called doordash back to figure out my refund because they had already transferred me without knowing once and didn't want to deal with the rude worker again. Will not return ever again their food is not worth the constant lackadaisical service.

I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

What a disappointment, but not nearly as much as our experience at 123 Tavern. We came in at 4:15PM before the Brandi Carlile show needing a table for a party of 8-10. The place was fully booked (but only half full at that time) except the bar (first-come, first-served). Fair enough -- but from the moment we walked up, the manager at the host stand couldn't have cared less. She quoted a two-hour wait, shut down my question about sitting outside with a flat no, and pointed us toward the bar. No sense of customer service at all. Like zero. The three of us who were there took the last open seats at the bar. Then came the real show: one bartender for the entire restaurant AND bar. He ignored us for ten minutes. My wife and friend got their beers quickly -- but my bourbon sat finished at the service station for another seven minutes while I watched the large ice cube melting as it marinated there. When I finally asked where my drink was, I got "I'm working on it." When he did finally bring it, he pushed it across the bar at me -- no apology, no eye contact, his attention on anything but me. I'll be honest about what I can't prove: I've worked in this industry a long time, and the whole thing read like my service got intentionally slow-walked. My drink held back while everyone around me was taken care of. Maybe the front manager said something after our rocky start at the host stand. Maybe they're just all bad at their jobs. I can't tell you which. I can only tell you how obvious it felt from the barstool. Everything after was the same; menus, ordering, closing out, all a slog. I had to hunt down that same manager for our check so we could get to the show, and she was all attitude, zero help. We only escaped because my wife flagged a server who found a another manager. His response to hearing all this? "I'm sorry." Nothing else. No attempt to make it right. For the first time in my life, I left $0 on a $100 tab. I'm a 25%+ tipper. That's how badly this went. Here's the thing, 123 Tavern: if you're going to bill yourself as a place to gather before events, staff the place and train your managers to act like they want customers there. Until then, I'll spend my money somewhere that values it.
