Because I had a poor experience with another turf company years ago, I did a ton of research on which product would be the most ideal for my needs, and this time I found Cocoturf and met it's proprietor, Olivier. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I called as a cold lead just after finding the website, explained my needs, and Olivier came out to meet me, see the main project, brought a ton of samples, and made the perfect recommendation for my needs. He's a great guy, I felt that he cared about the product that he sold me, and he's extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of turf. He communicates very clearly, doesn't waste time (I love that), and delivers what he promises. My two jobs were pretty small, but he treated me like I was a $30k customer. That stood out to me. Install day came, and while I had different crews for each project, they did a phenomenal job with the install. Shout out to Jose and Carlos, the foremen for my jobs. Jose even drove an hour, one-way, on his day off, to fix a minor issue that I was too dumb to fix myself. The product looks beautiful, my dogs are very happy and I'm confident that I can rely on Cocoturf and Olivier if I have any problems.
