For the past three weeks, I have visited the store every other day to check on a specific bunny named Ollie. I was informed he would be available for sale today, June 11th. During my visits, multiple employees instructed me to call at 9:00 AM this morning to place him on hold, as I would be at work. I followed these instructions exactly and called at 9:00 AM. However, I shortly received a call back from the manager, Laura, informing me that the bunny was being sold to a walk-in customer. Given that I followed the specific process outlined by your staff after weeks of persistent check-ins, I find this outcome very upsetting and unprofessional.

Summit Sprouts's owner is passionate about your garden success. This is one of those places where supporting your local business is a win for you! This year, we have (so far!) purchased two fruit trees, flower baskets, landscape plants, organic manure and fertilizers, and all of our veggie starters, as well as a wind chime that my husband actually LOVES. Really, really poor service. We were working with Brooke and had around $2k of plants in carts for…read morepurchase when she waved to someone, said, "I have an appointment.", and literally walked away. We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." Such poor service, even from the owner...now they created a Disney level fantasy novella below about how great they are.

I am telling you, if you have a child, or are a child yourself....get lost in this plant place and enjoy it. There are plants everywhere, and they are BEAUTIFUL. The staff is so helpful and they are everywhere. Everything is glowing and growing and you can tell how well the plants are taken care of. Even met Judy herself working behind the counter and was very helpful with all of my questions. My kiddo loved every second and I am so happy or him. The process was smooth and easy and the end result is wonderful. I feel very pleased with my experience. We have also been out to their location on a few occasions and have had good experiences every time. The employees know their stuff and have always done a good job at pointing us in the right direction, whether we are looking for a pot, a tree, or a plant. The plants have all stood the test of time as well. I'm sorry to see that another reviewer had a bad experience as this was not at all the case for us.
