    Monday night Football baby!
    Mike H.

Busy tonight, Monday night during football, it's a given. Nice sports bar atmosphere but a little dark.. Service was good, but servers were a bit overwhelmed. Food was good and it was with the money

We stopped in for happy hour and had a great time. The service was fast and bartenders friendly, the food was decent, and the prices were great, especially considering it's DTC. The wings were probably our favorite thing, would definitely come back for a beer and a bite.

Repeat Five Star visit thanks to the exceptional service from the bar team (Stacie, Owen, Shelby) as well as the food quality. "Owner-man" Will is often circulating and running food. Nice guy! Owen makes a worthy Rye Manhattan on a rock, for dessert! My latest go-to is the wedge salad, add crispy chicken. I observed a neighbor having a Caesar, so I may give that a try on next visit. The place is usually jammin' busy during HH with Tech Center employees. It also has an industry crowd later in the eve.

Good food, and great drinks. service is decent, happy hour is great. Bonus is that we were given the wrong menus and overcharged by a couple Dollars, when brought into our waitresses attention the manager came over and gave us a couple drinks over a $2 dispute. Bonus- the old fashioneds are awesome. Cajun chicken sandwich aka delicious and totally are super crunchy! Great spot.

Grilled chicken sandwich was good. I liked the salad, too. I got the food to go. The food arrived quickly. It wasn't too busy at the time. Chill ambiance. Bar atmosphere.

I loved this place! The vibe was cool "happy hour," while their food was absolutely on point as well. The servers were all kind, even dressed up since we went on Halloween which was fun. Parking was easy too. The fried jalapeños & pickles were unique & delicious, my favorite of everything. The jam burger was very explorative as well. Although the bacon was somewhat tough, the flavor was amazing. The sweet potatoes were a hit too. The burger was big enough for 2 to split with an apple which was a nice surprise! Will be back to try more

A friend suggested Griffin Tavern for happy hour, and since I hadn't been there, I quickly agreed. The menu looked promising, and we were warmly greeted by the man behind the bar as soon as we walked in. The whole place was smaller than I had expected but it was comfortable. The draft beer specials were on a chalk board next to the fireplace. Our server was Carly and she was prompt and pleasant - even as the place filled up. We ordered the dry ribs and egg rolls to start. I didn't like either of those but the egg rolls were fried to a dark brown and dripping grease so we sent them back. Carly told us that they had new management but I can't imagine the kitchen staff wouldn't change the oil in the deep fryer more often. The ribs weren't what I expected - they were very small pieces of meat and fat with a sliver of bone that required careful eating. They were also fried which I thought was strange. The sauce that came with them was good but I could only eat one. Then we ordered the poutine, which was a large portion and very good. The pretzel bites came with mustard as well as 2 kinds of cheese sauce and were good too. I really enjoyed my Old Fashioneds and the guys liked their beers. Girlfriend had the basic vodka/sprite/cranberry and it was fine. I felt like this was a neighborhood hangout and if I do go back I'll try one of their burgers.

Good food, service was a bit slow - but nice when they were available. Not too loud in here for a bar. Got the coke slaw and peppered bacon burger with the sweet potato waffle fries. Burger was done nicely, very good! The waffle fries were crispy and thinner than I expected. If I were to go back, I'd probably change out to the normal fries, which were steak sized fries.

Always great service as usual!!! The beer is always cold and the wine selection isn't huge but definitely great options. The cheese curds are some of my favorite appetizers. I am happy I tried the dry ribs but they were more like small pork rinds which were flavorful with the dip but not worth the price and definitely not enough meet. The breakfast sandwich was good too but also light on the protein.

Is there a late night happy hour?

Hi there Nalz C. Currently there is no late night happy hour outside of our daily specials but it's something we're looking into. Monday- Friday from 3pm-7pm it's $2 off all draft beer, every glass of wine, and all of our signature cocktails. On… Read more

Wow, I didn't expect to be blown away by a bar! The Lazy Greyhound is not your typical watering hole - the establishment is a chic speakeasy-style cocktail lounge inspired by the classic British gentlemen's clubs of the 18th and 19th centuries. Nestled within downtown Littleton on Main Street, the location is a hidden gem amidst numerous breweries. After easily finding free street parking nearby, we arrived shortly before 8:30 PM. Entry was like stepping into a different world through an unassuming exterior - inside, the dimly lit room's timeless elegance with Chesterfield leather sofas was softly illuminated by the three stained glass pieces above the bar, one of which depicts the venue's namesake. The tasteful décor adds a touch of class and sophistication to the intimate ambiance and handsome atmosphere. After we were granted to enter past the red velvet rope at the front door, we grabbed a seat at one of the Chesterfields. The comfortable lounge seating made for a cozy spot for relaxed socializing and the music volume was perfectly pleasant for personal conversations. The setting was casual, but refined, with vintage touches. My kind of place, for sure. To complement the stylish environment, The Lazy Greyhound offers an extensive menu featuring a unique blend of timeless classic cocktails, "OLD DOGS/TRIED & TRUE CLASSICS," and creatively crafted modern drinks, "NEW TRICKS/SEASONAL CREATIONS," as well as beer, wine and "SMALL BITES/SHAREABLE SNACKS." Remarkable service also adds to the delightful experience. Our server, Zach/Zack/Zac (sp?), was warm, friendly and genuinely engaging - he took the time to guide us through the impressive menu and was eager to offer beverage suggestions based on our preferences. I was looking for something with an egg white foamy topping, so he suggested the AMARETTO SOUR, IMPROVED ($15) which was velvety and the signature almond sweetness was not overpowering. Alyssa went with the ALWAYS ON CALL ($15), a deliciously creamy coffee-forward mixed drink. We also ordered the PINK SQUIRREL which Zach/Zack/Zac comped for us due to the long wait. The retro, indulgent mixed drink tickled us pink with its hue and creamy, sweet and nutty flavour. Serving the PINK SQUIRREL on the house to us reflected The Lazy Greyhound's commitment to customer care and satisfaction. Felixx ordered the yummy MEAT & CHEESE BOARD which was served with thoughtful presentation. True story: I super suck with electronics and am practically blind without my eyeglasses, so I accidentally undertipped Zach/Zack/Zac while using the handheld payment system. When I saw the receipt back at Alyssa's house, I was horrified to see that I hadn't tipped him what he deserved. I returned to The Lazy Greyhound on the 24th just before 11 PM. Even though they were closed and the doors were locked, I knocked until someone answered so I could personally give cash to Zach/Zack/Zac to make up for my mistake. He was very gracious and thankful. The Lazy Greyhound immediately earned its spot as a favourite bar of mine through their intimate, speakeasy-style atmosphere combined with their innovative concoctions and welcoming service. They stand out as a premier destination for a high-quality, relaxing and memorable evening.

Great staff, reasonably priced cocktails and a good atmosphere without being too loud…read more One of the few cocktail lounges I've been to recently where you can actually hear the conversations from your company. Each season they rotate their specials and their spring drinks are in! I actually prefer their last couple specials compared to this time around but they're still good! We ordered the equinox, master of the house and old fashioned. The old fashioned is pretty boozy but an easy one to drink, it's your basic old fashion but tasty Master of the House sounded interesting, but I guess I'm not really a fan of spicy drinks (even though I love spicy foods). I ended finishing it but my friends enjoyed it! The equinox is a light and refreshing drink, which could benefit from a little more lemon (or the lemon juice was on the lighter side that day). Overall it's a spot we frequent when visiting our best friends in Littleton. We love the quaint and Victorian atmosphere and he staff has always treated us well.

I wanted to try different things so I got two savory meals and one sweet one. The white bean stew was tremendous and a little spicy. I'll give credit where it's due though--the appetizers were the highlight. The green mussels and the Caesar salad were genuinely good and set the bar high at the start. The pizza is where things went sideways. The first one was delayed because it was burned. The second attempt still came out semi-burned and didn't look or taste as appealing as expected, especially after the wait. I also ordered a spicy mezcal margarita. There was nothing spicy about it, and the presentation was plain at best. For a cocktail with mezcal and heat in the name, I expected more intention behind it. Atmosphere is decent. Medium lighting, plenty of space, and good potential for private dining. That part works. The service itself was polite and very apologetic about the delays, which I appreciated. That said, I would have liked to see a bit more management involvement checking in on the table to see how the rest of the experience landed. Overall, it lands around a 3.5 to 4 stars for me. Some strong flavors, but consistency and attention to detail need work
