I ordered the main Filet Mignon at 11 ounces rare, and not only did it come out at my requested temperature, but the portion size was perfect. I often see menus at restaurants with smaller filet mignon sizes, but this was such an amazing cut I can see myself coming back for more. The hot plate it comes out on is scorching hot, so ordering it rare was a no-brainer for me. The steak was very delicious and did not need any sort of sauce for accompaniment. For sides, the mashed potatoes were rich, creamy, and savory, while their brussel sprouts with bacon were exceptionally tasty (nutty, sweet, and a little smoky). The New York cheesecake was also very indulgent and creamy, a great way to end the meal. I was told their chocolate lava cake is also highly rated, so I'm looking forward to trying it next.
