When I walked in, the place was clean and the aroma of BBQ was smelling really good in the air. The decor was very nice and the owner was even nicer and very welcoming. I went in there only looking for ribs because I have found that a really good rib is hard to find, however, the ribs here were very tasty, a little pricey, but very good. I always say that I don't mind paying extra when the food is as good as the money spent for it. Now, let me tell you that I only purchased a pound of ribs and a quart of Mac and cheese and the M&C was also good. I believe that the young man helping behind the counter was the owner's son so that tells me that the business is family owned, can't go wrong with that. The other sides looked delicious as well but I was not really that hungry for other dishes. I will go back and try the other items on the menu at another time. Now that I know where it is, it will be easy peasy to get there again. Once again, I forgot to take a picture of the food but I will when I go back. I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. Will definitely use them again! Excited to check out their showroom to see what upgrades I can do to the house soon!

Most of the food out here is way overpriced and not even that good. It wasn't hard for me to base my decision because this potato was only $16!!! Sounded a whole better than the $20 menu prices that I was seeing from other food vendors on the premises. I was about to get some change back from my twenty!!! This potato could stand on its own. It was lightly seasoned and very tender! They put the just right amount of chopped brisket on it with all the trimmings! I definitely got my money's worth! I don't think I've had better barbecued meat! There was brisket, chicken, and a whole pig. The pitmaster Vito himself was getting the meat off the pig for people to pile onto their plates, and he personally dug through the cheek for me to taste some of the most succulent meat I've ever had in my life! And don't get me started on the CHICKEN! I'm not even a fan of chicken to begin with, I just threw some on my plate as a second thought for a more "healthy" protein, and not only did I go back for seconds, I went back for THIRDS! It was that good!!! The brisket was phenomenal. All their other dishes were great too, but the meat is the winner! Thanks so much Vito!
