The repairman had to take out the bottom freezer drawer to do that since it's in the back and he was pretty rough getting the drawer out. The charge to replace that switch was $400. Then, a couple months later the freezer drawer would hardly come out. I suspect the repairman damaged it while yanking out the drawer but he said it was the rails that were bad and that they he has seen this in many bottom freezer units. I'm not sure that's accurate. My wife and I both think he damaged it getting it out. Anyway, he wanted to charge us an additional $400 to replace the rails. We asked what the alternative was since we had already paid them over $400 to change a switch and he said we could try some silicone spray. Then he wrote us a bill for his visit and charged us another $95 to do nothing. Ridiculous and we will never use this place again. Now, my bottom drawer won't come out much, I've spent about $500 on a 2 year old refrigeration. By the way, they recommended this refrigerator when we bought it 2 years ago.

This company stands behind its work. Hard to be objective on this one. Several years ago, I spent an entire day getting my grill cleaned up & shiny. This year, I thought I'd let the pros handle the job. The technician was a friendly fellow ... and worked for several hours. All the visible surfaces (both body & grill) were cleaned. But the under side of the grate were still coated with blackened crust With their steam cleaning process, I would have thought both sides of the grate would have come out sparkling. Same with the warmer rack. I was also under the impression some repairs could be made ... replace burners, ignitions and the like. But my technician said he didn't do that stuff. So, I had to call Weber, get the parts and install a new manifold, burners & igniter. Not difficult, but I really wanted to pass on the chore to a pro. The tech cleaned up the patio, made sure there were no stains on the deck and left everything in its place. In the end, I have a relatively clean grill - far cleaner than what it had been. Just not quite as spotless as I had been able to accomplish a few years back.

John said he could have it done by the end of the day I said that would be great I came from Texas City and just give me enough time to get here before you close. After John saw the part, he told me exactly how to fix it and not buy a new one. He even told me the trick to getting it mounted correctly again since it's magnetic and must be a specific distance from the flywheel. I told him thanks so much and told him I'd be back to buy the new one if I couldn't fix my current one. Well, I fixed it so I didn't need to go back.
