The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.

I originally hired them because I think there were one of the few agencies who didn't require an initial, overpriced "deep-clean" and their prices seemed more than fair. Despite the reasonable price, the service is above-average. They always do a better job cleaning than I do and they're accommodating with scheduling including around working around my husband's shift work. She was the first AHS contractor to read the instructions and find my house without help--bonus points! Lidia worked hard, made beds, folded blankets (not required by AHS), and scrubbed bathrooms from top to bottom. She went above and beyond and left the house looking and smelling great. She was professional and pleasant. It's been our experience with AHS that you either get good work but poor time management (and don't finish), friendly but sub-par work, or not what I consider professional coming from the South but hard working--Lidia checked all the boxes.
