I wish I could just get a plate of bacon when I come here because the bacon is so so good. I continued the evening with more pig products and got the pork tenderloin with the maple bourbon glaze and wild rice and asparagus. This was super Duper Duper Duper excellent!! And I totally loved this meal. I was able to complement it with some Sangiovese from I don't remember where but it was also really light and delicious for a summer day. Back to the meal, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and the wild rice had really great flavor.
