Service was very friendly, didn't take too long, lots of good options on the menu, beverages were decent. Loved the colorful cups!!

Great little kiosk near the port with friendly staff and quick service. Menu is easy to read and the self serve station is clean and tidy. We ordered cappuccinos and I realize now we maybe should have tried their speciality drinks instead, but their cappuccino was wonderful and they work very quick. Stop by if you're in the area!

I ordered the Iced Pumpkin Macchiato and it was pretty tasty. There was something that I can't quite put my finger on about the taste that was throwing me off at bit though. The barista was friendly and promptly rang me up. It did take several minutes to get my coffee but there were people ahead of me so I understand. After placing my order, it got quite a bit busier, this was around 9am

my matcha latte made with water instead of milk.

i ordered 4 drinks, they said they didn't have redbull and never had redbull (a lie i've lived been ordering from there for several years), then proceeded to make me go into line every single time they didn't have something to re order it, then made my 16 oz vanilla matcha latte with 2% milk with water instead of milk. worst service i've experienced, and i am no longer a loyal customer. i should've just drove to hot shot instead.

Fast service and yummy breakfast bagel. It's next to a busy shopping strip right across from all the tour companies.

We just finished a Fun tour of Mendenhall Glacier ( Our Cruise) It was a Cold & damp day ( especially for a LA native) I was in need of a good cup of coffee! ( The ships coffee is Not that Great) we made it to this lovely coffee shop! I'm glad we did! Good Cappuccino & yummy DELICIOUS Brownie!! I just sat on the bench outside of the shop & was in Coffee & Chocolate heaven! Whew! Friendly Staff & Great Baristas!

Nice little coffee shop in Juneau right across from the Goldbelt Tram. Perfect place to snag a coffee after leaving a cruise ship. Alternative milks available if lattes are for you. Black drip coffee is good. Slightly bitter finish with a smooth, medium light body.

Probably the best coffee in Juneau. It's very unassuming, but don't let it's lackluster front fool you. I got the Cortado and it was phenomenal. The coffee was perfectly rich, strong, and smooth. Surprisingly, it's pretty hard to find good coffee in Juneau, but you don't have to worry about this place letting you down. It's dang good.

Drinks here are always so good. Their sandwiches are also very good when they have them.

White chocolate mocha was SO good! The location is right across the docks and tram. They were quick with making my drink.

Really hits the spot on a rainy Juneau morning. Good coffee at a reasonable price made by a friendly barista.

Their location is great if you are coming off a cruise ship but they are pretty slow and their coffee is just average.

I like that they offer freshly baked pastries to go along with various coffee drinks they serve. This is a standard coffee shop that doesn't have a dining room. It's all window service. They're located directly across from the tram in downtown Juneau. Perfect for grabbing a coffee and pastry before heading up the tram or walking Franklin Street in downtown Juneau. I didn't try their coffee yet. I may grab a cup before heading out of town tomorrow. Each visit I bought a baked goodie for a dessert or breakfast option. I like that their baked goods are individually wrapped and neatly placed in plastic cubby hole containers directly fly in from of their coffee stand. It's grab and go. Don't forget to pay before you go! Each staff member I spoke with has been friendly. They come across as polite too. Not the "just pay your bill and leave us alone"mentality. I recommend this place as a coffee or coffee and pastry option. They're reasonably priced as well. Will visit again before I leave town.
