    Iced Americano

Solid Americano here! Great flavor with just the right amount of ice and cream. We didn't try the gelato or pastries, but they looked good. They also have a good selection of coffee gear along with the obligatory branded t-shirts, etc.

Visiting Juneau and saw this cute little coffee shop. Ordered a lavender latte. It was so delicious with lots of froth. Girls at the register were super nice. This establishment was super cute with lots of locals. If you're visiting, you gotta stop.

Good hot breakfast. Spacious place with lots of seats. Hot breakfast was surprisingly yummy. The Breakfast Melt with bacon was tasty.

We stopped at this coffee shop to write out some postcards and warm up after wandering around downtown Juneau, which was our first cruise port for our Alaskan voyage. I had an iced matcha latte. The cashier let me know that it comes unsweetened and offered to add in my choice of sweetener. I thought that was a nice touch, as I order matchas all the time and have never been told this at other shops. Despite a small exterior, this shop has ample seating inside, in addition to the offering of free (fast) wifi for those of us with phones that are confused by the geographical change. In addition to a wide variety of beverages, Heritage Coffee also has hot food options and an assortment of gelato available. It seems like a pretty busy meeting and working place for locals and visitors alike. I really enjoyed our time here!

Stopped by because caffeine was needed and I'm a sucker for cute coffee spots. It was a good amount of space and I just felt the need to read a book or people watch. There wasn't a long wait and the employees were able to assist us when we walked in. They were friendly and helpful with the questions I had. I just ordered a simple doppio with heavy cream because I wasn't craving any sugar at the moment haha I gotta say their espresso was strong and it definitely helped me stay energized throughout the day we were there. I wished I had this coffee shop in my hometown, but it's okay. Maybe I'll visit next time I'm in Juneau :)

Cranberry Almond Scone + Turtle Mocha

I had the Turtle Mocha (mocha with macadamia nut and caramel sauce) and a Cranberry Almond scone and both were delicious!!! The Cranberry Almond Scone blew me away by how moist it was. The place is huge and would be a great place to get work done on your laptop.

Best coffee I have had in the last week! They have soy alternatives which was a blessing, because I like the soy flavor! Sit by the window and enjoy the cruise tourists walking by!

This unique coffee shop sits in the heart of downtown. If you're staying at a nearby hotel or are in port with a cruise ship, I highly recommend checking this place out. Heritage coffee has been around for 50 years. They just celebrated their 50th anniversary. Coffee is good and the overall setup is nice. Heritage Coffee offers a nice rustic Alaskan ambiance as you walk inside and hang out to enjoy their food and coffee. Perfect place to grab a quick breakfast before starting your day. They offer breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burrito and assorted pastries. I believe I also saw a yogurt parfait in their cooler section where the cold drinks are. I had a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich this morning with a blueberry lemon pastry. Both were good. I would order again. Their coffee is also good too. I've been to some places in other states where the coffee is below average or awful. Staff is friendly too. This morning I chatted it up with a few of their staff members. Both are young ladies who were personable and friendly. There is also plenty of dining and seating here. I'm impressed with the number of tables and chairs to sit at. Loved the window seating with gorgeous views of the mountains that hug the downtown area. I will return here again before departing Juneau!

Needed a coffee fix at 5pm, came in to this location a little after 5 and they still served us even though they were closing up. The gelato was already put away which was a bummer because we were looking for good gelato and coffee! Not much in the case for baked good either...but again, they were closing so I totally understand. Others walked in and they still continued to serve. They were friendly our entire visit. i ordered a dirty chai and I really liked the flavor of the chai! It had a perfect chai spice to it! Lots of places to sit and a lot of cute merch too!

Stopped in to get out of the cold and grab some hot coffee! This place was busy with tourists and locals so we knew it was the place to be! The ladies taking the orders were super nice and friendly and helped me pick out my coffee! They had non dairy options for milk which I was super grateful for! If we happen to come back to Juneau, we will definitely be back! There's plenty of seating inside as well to escape the cold!

We only had the coffee, it was good. The place is filthy though. I don't think that the base of the toilet has ever been cleaned. The floors look dirty too.

We have been to Juneau twice now, and they second time we came I remembered that we came to heritage for coffee. This time I remember my mocha being on the top sweet side, more chocolate than coffee.

The service was a bit slow but very friendly, which was appreciated. The atmosphere is great -- cozy and inviting. However, the coffee was disappointing. It was served lukewarm instead of piping hot and lacked the rich, intense espresso flavor I was hoping for.

hot mocha! with leaf stamped sticker :))

Cruise ships are in abundance every day, so come early for breakfast and just stand in line for lunch. In fact, you stand in line anyway, reading the menus laying all about. My boyfriend ordered the loco moco and said it wasn't good at all. When he called to place the order, the girl who answered the phone didn't even seem to know how to put an order in, which made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating. What completely sealed the deal for me, though, was reading the owner's responses to negative reviews. Instead of addressing concerns professionally or taking accountability, the owner's replies come across as rude, defensive, and borderline hostile. Customers are talked down to, blamed, or dismissed for their experiences. As someone who reads reviews before returning to a restaurant, seeing an owner respond this way is extremely off-putting and makes it clear that customer feedback is not valued here. Between the poor food quality, disorganized service, and the owner's unprofessional behavior online, we will not be coming back.

The line moved quick and we were able to get a seat inside. We went with the red and golden crab to see what the difference was besides the price! The red crab was definitely better in terms of taste. The price is ridiculous as the red crab was $90 for a leg and the golden crab was $65 per leg. Since we were here, we had to eat it though. We also got a cup of the crab bisque. It was good and what made it better was putting more crab into it! The bread was realistically just a Hawaiian roll with a little garlic butter. There wasn't enough garlic taste for our liking. We told our friend to make a little crab sandwich with her roll.

When we received our order, we were missing some claws, and the server was very accommodating in following up to make it right. The place was packed, and there was only one restroom, which made it hard to use if you were in a hurry.
