For two years, I used this pet groomer for my English bulldog Olive every several weeks. The employees always warmly greeted us and never kept us waiting. Each appointment lasted about one hour, and the employees did a bath, blowdrying, nail-clipping, and ear cleaning. The employees gently handled my shy and nervous dog, and Olive walked into and out of the store happily. After each appointment, Olive's fur felt soft and smelled good. Recently, I began to take my French Bulldog Daisy here for grooming. So far, she has had two appointments. In the first appointment, employees did a Small-breed Bath for $42 plus tax, credit-card fee, and tip. During the second visit, Daisy got the same service, except we also asked for a tooth cleaning, which they said would cost $10. After both appointments, Daisy looked and smelled great, and she seemed to enjoy the attention.

Didn't give 5 stars because she was one hour late from our agreed upon appointment and she didn't communicate with me leaving me to wonder if we miscommunicated, or if she'd be a no show...

Our former groomer has retired, and we had heard good things about The Happy Hound. Wow! This place did not just do a good job, they blew my socks off! They did a fantastic job with everything! They bathed him, dried him, groomed him, trimmed his feet with love, and when we picked him up, he had a little bandanna on and was wagging his little docked tail with happiness. I can tell that he actually had a good time getting groomed here. He looks and smells great, and is totally happy. The Happy Hound is clean, professional, and staffed with people who really love animals. We have found a new groomer, and I am just totally stoked! I realize it's just our first visit, but trust me - I have been around the block when it comes to dogs and groomers. This place is solid! I recommend The Happy Hound 100%. Products include foods, treats, medications, accessories, pet furniture, etc. Furthermore, PetSmart offers services such as a veterinarian, dog-training, and dog and cat grooming. For about 10 years, I have purchased products and services at this Petsmart. PetSmart sells many but not all of the name brands that my pets like, such as TidyCats, Purina, and Fancy Feast, and Temptations. Prices are average for a brick-and-mortar but higher than some online stores, but a rewards program offers some discounts. For dog training, this Petsmart offers the following group classes: puppy, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and tricks. In 2022, my English bulldog Olive completed the Beginner class, and in 2026, my French bulldog Daisy completed the same class. The trainer Sharon has decades of experience, and she uses positive-reinforcement techniques, which were perfect for my Olive who was shy, nervous, and physically ill and even perfect for my social and healthy Daisy. Sharon interacts very nicely with the dogs and their humans, and I consider her to be an expert in determining how to overcome obstacles in dogs' behaviors. In 2024 and 2026, I used this Petsmart's groomer for my cat Kira and dog Daisy. In 2024, I took Kira to shave off matted fur. The total price was only $15. The employee could have handled the cat a bit better (compared to my vet tech), but I felt thankful that she helped us. In 2026, I took Daisy here for multiple services, including shampooing, conditioning, ear cleaning, anal-gland expression, blow drying, nail trimming and grinding, teeth brushing, breath freshener, cologne, and bandana. Prices vary based on the exact service, but I usually spent $45-60 plus a tip. I, however, stopped using this groomer. The groomer called me to ask if I could move up my appointment "a little," which was two hours earlier and would require us to take off work. I ended up rescheduling my appointment to a different date, and the groomer called off work and canceled my appointment.

The store (can't see the grooming area) is so clean and smells pleasant, too. The grooming prices are also very reasonable. Not only do they offer grooming services, they also have a self-wash available, they sell great quality pet foods, treats, toys, and other pet merchandise. If you decide to use the grooming services make sure to get the punch cards for frequent visits to earn a free bath or nail trim, etc.

They give you an apron, shampoo, conditioner, and anything else you need to wash your dog and the tubs keep her in. No more dog hair down my drain, yippee. Lastly we have started purchasing our dog treats here. They have a great selection and the employees are very helpful with suggestions. No question five **** from me and Daisy!

We inherited my grandmothers elderly dog (14) with almost no teeth, and while I agree he is fiesty, he's a good dog. We've been taking our cats to this vet for years. Last year we suspected one of our cats had dental…read moreissues so we took them a second time. The vet said our cat's teeth were fine and to "monitor" them. This year we took our cat back and the vet says they need ALL of their canines removed! And quoted over $1000! We've paid for every visit and barely get a discount with pet insurance as well. We called around to get other estimates and are going to North Boro instead for half of the price and they advised our cat had missing teeth as well, which this vet never told us. Be sure to advocate for your pet and avoid this negligence. Two stars for them being very friendly at the beginning.
