I've brought my doodle puppy in multiple times. 1st…read moretwo experiences I didn't really like how my pet and I were greeted, first thing they do is make you aware that if they feel any mats they may not be able to service your animal. Which is fine but it would make more sense to take the pet to the back assess the situation and then make that determination so that the customer & groomer are on the same page. I bring my pet in for this 3rd time and this time I would like a full service, and purposely changed the groomer for a better interaction. I'm immediately met with a young lady, who didn't seem very interested and almost annoyed that my pet was overly excited in the lobby. She immediately tells me she'll wait until she calms down and let me know if she can be done. Okay. I call shortly after I left because it was the 3rd time I've had a bad first impression with a groomer, and it's understood they may be tired and had a long day but at 12pm in the afternoon customer service and a welcome greeting could go along way. Especially since the customer behind me with the same dog, didn't have the same conversation with the groomer who welcomed her. I spoke to the receptionist/manager not sure what he was and explained the situation and apologized after I voiced my concerns to him about 2 separate groomers, not making me feel welcome or leading a conversation with "well if she's matted" before even taking her back to get a proper look at her. I was told they would let me know if they could help me and I agreed, a hour and half goes by and I hear nothing so I'm assuming all is well until the male calls me and tells me all they could do is the bath because she has mats which is perfectly fine I'll take her elsewhere but to give a bath for 65 dollars without a sanitary trim, pads or anything?? And expect full payment and never asked me first. Then the groomer was rude, argumentative, and explained it was alot going on at the time of the hand off so she wasn't trying to be rude. Yet she was. So I will not be back, as a paying customer like everyone else I expect my puppy and I to be treated like our business matters. The receptionist was nice and let me leave without having to pay 65 dollars for a bath that's the only thing I appreciated. Damage was done I would never come back and I live 5 minutes from the salon. As I've read the owner seems to have a lot of feedback on the comments here, I would recommend a course in customer service for employees. A smile goes a long way.

    I met Dr. Marco for the first time on one of the roughest days I've ever been through, and even…read morethough we had never spoken before, she showed an incredible level of compassion and professionalism that I'll never forget. Not long after, I started bringing my male Rottweiler, Joe, in and that's when I met Jess. Joe absolutely adores Jess. In fact, I'm pretty sure Joe is Jess's favorite patient... even if he acts like a wild toddler on espresso the moment we walk through the door. lol! Jess knows exactly how to handle all 125lbs of him and does an exceptional job at it! Every girl who answers the phone goes above and beyond too--always friendly, always helpful, and always willing to make sure every question is answered. They make the whole experience smoother and genuinely welcoming. The clinic is clean, the staff is warm, and every visit feels thorough and unrushed. They take the time to explain everything clearly so I always know exactly what Joe needs. From one of the hardest days of my life to the ongoing care of my sweet but dramatic boy, Joe, Dr. Marco, Jess, and the entire team have been exceptional. I truly couldn't ask for better people to trust with my dogs' health. Highly recommended.

Everything but everything is wrong with this place They close doors for training or meetings, often -once almost all day for computers to be checked over. The doctors relay on techs too much and I had to contact tech to get message to doctor. Had an emergency with my girl and could not see Mottel for 7 days Had to use Marco the following day. My girl Hates her.. Marco was rough and my baby tried to bite her 2 times. They took texts.. Make long story short, she over medicated her I took her off and was better in 2 days...and I told them so.. one week later Marco contacted me through texting asking how she was doing and if the symptoms come back to contact her. Yeah Right!! The front desk clerk is an IDIOT! What is said here is solely what I had experienced and never want to again!
