After driving 30 minutes in a snow blizzard, upon arrival I was informed the price will increase and my sweet innocent puppy can only be accommodated if I pay more. An additional $20 to be exact bringing the price to $70. The female owner is disrespectful and exhibits poor communication to customers. Based on her emotions she will charge you more than discussed and will make excuses as to why information wasn't communicated. So now, I'm forced to drive my dog back home (30 min out of the way to my next destination). This has been a huge inconvenience that could've been avoided if she would've notified me when we spoke earlier. Protect your dog and time. Avoid this location!!!

I dropped her off and was called 40minutes later stating that they were done but was unable to clip here finger nails because she was frightened. It was understandable. I picked her up and grabbed her in a rush due to me being on break for work. Once I got home, I realised that they actually cut her nails and lied because they hurt her. I noticed there was dried blood on her paws. I will not be returning and would not recommend their services. The workers could of been honest; I understand that mistakes happen but they should of owned up to it.

New management is taking this place down the drain…read more I used to come here for years with the old owners, but the new owner is rude and unprofessional. I've even heard her talk down to/ insult employees in front of customers, which really doesn't do good for building confidence from your customers. Learn to be more respectful.
