We had a DJ, bartender (open and paid bar), wait staff and a lead point person for the night. We even had an amazing Photo Booth that takes photos and sends it to your phone. Everything was taken care of. The location, across from the airport was no issue at all, In fact you can't hear anything inside and our guests enjoyed watching the planes land. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that works with you and takes the stress off, I strongly recommend this venue for all events.

When I called him, he was in a very bad attitude, and he said that my event was not the only event he had that he had multiple events. It's very disappointing because planning a wedding should be something special and exciting. The Chef made my experience terrible. He wasn't even humble enough to reach back and apologize for any miscommunication. Honestly, I would never recommend this place to no one because of the Chef. Now, if the chef was not part of this team, absolutely it's a good place to have an event. It's beautiful and everyone else is amazing. My end result was that I had to lose $2000 of my deposit to change Banquet Hall. I took this decision because I was not gonna leave the food in the hands of someone I did not trust. So three weeks before my event, I had to move everything around.

He loves trains. As the conductor drives this train again is cool. Adults can ride too. It's primarily for kids. It's a great piece of historical fiction that we still have. With the onset of the digital revolution the world has gotten rid of these rides. This ride is safe and enjoyable. It's managed by confident humans that live and breathe their work. If you're in the neighborhood come on over and take a ride . It's available most days from 11-7. They take cash and card too ! Come and be a kid again with your kids .

It was a pretty long and fun ride. The train is super legit, even down to the "smoke" coming from its chimney and great music. I also liked that even the train is made in US. It is the definition of wholesome fun. We will definitely be back again just to ride the train. He should move to Summerlin mall or fashion show, he'd make so much money!

They didn't bother me like other venues did . however, the customer service that I received at Factory Of Dreams was beyond any service I have ever received at any other location. if I had to compare the customer service i would describe it as a Ritz Carlton, five diamond stay . I was able to text them at any time of the day and they would respond. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and always welcomed me and answered my questions with a smile . that's the reason why I chose this location, besides the fact that the location is safe and the venue inside is beautiful. The day of the actual event, I was not expecting for the servers to serve each table. I was expecting to get up, get my food and get my own drinks at the bar. From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. Despite these issues, I truly thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all helped make our wedding a day to remember!
