If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. I called Roto-Rooter. They sent out a guy in an unmarked van. I live in an upscale gated community and we often get high bids for repairs. The repair guy was here about 15 minutes, 5 to look at the job, 5 to bring in his equipment, and 5 to actually snake the pipe. He wanted $495. After I said that is twice the going rate,he said it would be $400 if I reinstalled the pipes that I took apart myself prior to his arrival. I said I can do that. I have checked local prices on the web and a normal fee is more like $200. I will not use roto rooter again.
