Backstory: I had back pain for about a year (probably wfh) in addition to pulling my back after dead lifts. My back would hurt after standing or walking for more than 10 minutes. I went to a chiropractor 3 days a week for 4 weeks and it was just temporary relief and never got better. Scheduled a session with Jerry. He was great the first time with evaluations and was able to work through some of the muscles the first time. He gave me exercises to do to help my imbalance that was causing pain as well and Jay helped me with learn the proper technique. Over the course of 3 weeks my back got a lot better. I could stand and walk for long periods of time. I was able to squat and deadlift again. I wanted to continue to go to him but I was only able to see him without getting a doctors note for a few weeks but I ended up traveling for work then getting Covid so my time was cut short.
