I scheduled an appointment which when I called to confirm , was not even in the books . So I had to reschedule . I had asked about using my Aveda points towards my haircut and it was confirmed that they would apply my points . When I checked out I was told they no longer accept Aveda points towards services . I ended up having to spend $75 on a haircut that was acceptable but not really what I asked for . Later on that day I called Aveda because they are still listed as an Aveda Salon and was told they shouldve accepted the the points in light of their relationship. At this time all this was posted on their website. I had tried to speak to a manager which was there but wouldn't come out of his office. This was so unproffesional. Aveda even offered me a credit on product. I just wanted them to respond to me in a professional way, which they NEVER did!!!

We went over my skin concerns and she had some suggestions on what we should do that day as far as add ons and what I could do at home to help my skin. I also didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra while I was there, some places are very sales-pitchy and I don't like that. They have a monthly subscription you can purchase. She did a brilliant job and took full note of my comments and what I was looking for during my visit. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and even gifted me with some free samples since it was my fist visit. I love that this new location is on 4th Street, so it's really convenient to get to.
