On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. Phillip said after he was done with my neighbor's inspection he would look at mine at no charge. He took about 20 minutes and checked my roof. When he came down from the roof he explained what he saw with photos and laymans terms. He was not pushy and said I did not need a new roof at this time. Fast forward two weeks and another bad storm in Garland. He and one of the owners of the company was back in the neighborhood looking at other roof's. A part of siding had fallen and I asked him how much he would charge to put it back up. He said give him 20 minutes and he will do it. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. They looked at my roof again and everything was okay. The honesty and customer service is off the charts. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need and was honest about my roof.
