On time , the technician showed up and was very nice and knowledgeable, he then diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me . After he provided the quote i agreed because the price was reasonable and I trusted his expertise. The tech quickly got the part from his car and as able to replace the part within 15 minutes and the oven started to work perfectly fine. I'm so glad I hired him to do the job rather than just roll the dice and get whatever installer Lowes would have assigned the job to. The cabinet opening had to be modified vertically to make the new oven fit and Teva was able to perform this on the fly with just a minimal additional cost. The modified opening was cut perfectly to size and was done in a way that gave a clean look and end result. This was a great way to get to know his capabilities, I'll make sure for future appliances to always hire him. He cleaned up and spent a little extra time giving some advice on other appliances I'm looking to change in the future.

I was having issues with my refrigerator, so I contacted them via their website form. The owner (Mr. "Tad" Tadeusz) called me shortly after I submitted the form (talk about quick response!), and I explained the symptoms. Dude just straight up said "Ahh that's an ice-build-up in the fan housing." He proceeds to tell me how to fix it, that it's straight forward, and to call him back if it didn't work. Modern fridges with the freezer in the bottom has so many shelves and such that it blocked my view of the vents and the ice build-up. When i removed all the shelving, I finally saw some ice buildup in the vents, just as Mr Tad assumed what had happened. I mean I wouldn't have minded for them to come and to pay for a professional to give my fridge a once-over to ensure it's tip-top shape. But I did as he said, and the issue resolved!!! As instructed, he told me thoroughly clean all the seals, and turn off the fridge to defrost the freezer so it all melts. I finally ate most of the food to do as instructed, I placed what remaining food in coolers, and gave the fridge a good clean and melted all the ice. Issue resolved!!!! No wonder the previous owner kept Mr Tad's business' stickers all over the house. I'm glad he did! Now I have my go-to appliance man for life!!! This kind of integrity is incredible! The man with decades of experience, knew the issue over the phone immediately, and gave me DIY instructions! I'm a consultant and I charge clients for my experience and advice because that's my job. We hired Appliance Solutions because we purchased our house and moved in at the end of May. We…read moreneeded to stack the washer and dryer so they would be able to fit inside the room and have the doors closed, the previous owner would just leave the door but for safety reasons, we needed this fixed. We were able to stack the washer and dryer on our own, but then the pipes wouldn't fit. After a very frustrating 30 minutes at Home Depot trying to figure out the parts we needed to no avail, I messaged Appliance Solutions before we left the parking lot. By the time we were home, he had already called me back, and we scheduled a time for him to come and help. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently.
