My nine year old Whirlpool refrigerator was not keeping the fridge portion at the proper temperature but the freezer was working OK. I called one other company before these guys but they failed to keep an appointment so I went with Angelic. I talked to Mike and he seemed to know what he was talking about. The tech, Noah, came out a few days later and found that the defrost control wasn't working and the evaporator had completely iced up. He steam cleaned the ice out to get the fridge working for a few days until the new controller was available. Once installed, it took a few days for the fridge to stabilize but it's been a couple of weeks now and it works fine. Noah did a fine job, all business, no nonsense. So far so good. We needed our GE refrigerator repaired because the water pressure for the ice machine wasn't working so therefore our ice maker wasn't working. We only had this fridge for a year and 8 months and I guess we broke the filter cap thingy. Miles came and diagnosed it and fixed it. He actually suggested that we did not need a service call because it would be expensive and the specific "dolphin & whale" noises often occurred in older units and would likely not cause any immediate problems. The place was on our list of approved vendors, but I checked Yelp anyway for the reviews. Our 8 year old Maytag washer was leaking water after our last wash on Sunday, so I contacted Mike and requested a service call. What was funny, that Mike was able to diagnose the problem without sending anybody. He told me, how much it will cost (which also required ordering the part) and scheduling the appointment (with a 2 hour window). Myles came on time , with a new part (which is like the only part, which is running the washer) and which explains the price. So, I put it right away to the test, it works fine. The upper arm spin sprayer in our old dishwasher broke off, and we were ready to trash it and buy a new one. We called Angelic Appliance because of their great reviews, just to know if it could be repaired before sending another broken appliance into the landfill. Sure enough, after we provided photos of the broken pieces, and the make and model to Michael, they agreed to come see the dishwasher. After review, Michael was able to provide us with a reasonable quote, locate the parts, and schedule a repair within a week. The parts came in, Angelic's tech Madison made the repair, and we paid via Zelle. Overall we spent less than half of what a new dishwasher would have cost.
