I've dined here quite a few times now the food has been consistently delicious. Their froyo is also a must try!! So fresh and creamy, and tastes healthier too. Service is always quick. It can get pretty busy on weekends, especially during brunch/lunch hours!

The Gyro Project just knows how to do it right. I wish they had a location closer to me! I've eaten here many times and it's always perfection. During my most recent visit we only came in for some coffee and sweets and everything was so good. I loved my shaken espresso which was strong and sweet and the baklava was 10 outta 10. My friend ordered the frozen yogurt with oreo topping and said it was absolutely decadent. They've absolutely nailed the decor and I love the gorgeous pink flowers. They also have a fun store area with authentic greek products and cute merch. Amidst all of the fast casual Greek / bowl options this stands out as one of the best in NJ. Clearly I'm not the only one who feels this way, because at 1 PM on a weekday it's nearly impossible to get a table in their large space.

This was my first time at The Gyro Project (any loc) but as a Greek girl I immediately was SO happy as soon as I walked in! Firstly, they have Greek music playing that you can here before you even open the door. They had my heart right there. Next thing I saw was the small little store of Greek products and packaged food along the wall. From gemista cookies to my favorite chocofreta bars, things were looking very good. We had already had lunch elsewhere, but came here for coffee and dessert. I never really have cold coffee in the winter but I could not pass up a chance to have a freddo espresso again. I was truly so happy I found a place where I could order a proper Greek coffee! So I got the freddo espresso and told my friends to do the same, and we each got a few desserts. The mini bougatsa was delicious (get it warmed up!) and I tried a few bites of the frozen yogurt. Sooo good! On a Thursday afternoon the space was pretty packed! The three of us found an available table after ordering and our coffees and desserts were brought right over. So happy I found a space for a little bit of Greece when I am homesick (I was born and raised in NJ, but still...) and can't wait to come back to try more of their food.

The Gyro Project... more like The Project as that was Ghetto. Beef Platter: Full of oil. Tiny portion. Flavorless. Pita was drenched in oil and inedible. The chicken bowl had a tiny amount of meat which was shredded burnt chicken pieces and was also bland and flavorless. You can go across the street under the Golden Arches or around the corner to halal guys for more flavor and better quality food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED TERRIBLE RESTAURANT.

Always fresh, delicious Greek food. Quick service. Bright, cheery blue and white decor. Plenty of seating for small or large groups.

Excellent Greek wraps and bowls. The falafel pita was great. Fries on the inside. The gyro bowl was also really good. Could not finish all of it. Will definitely be going back to try the rotisserie chicken and all of the baked goods.

Feed me gyros and tell me I'm pretty!!! The Gyro Project is a fast casual Greek restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ. I've been coming here for a little over a year to satisfy my cravings. The menu has a large variety of options - appetizers, salads, wraps, build-your-own bowls, pitas, platters, rotisserie chicken, etc. They also have baked goods, coffee, and desserts. A small section of the restaurant has merchandise and imported Greek cooking products for sale. I've tried a little bit of everything on the menu. Some are hits while some are misses. The prices are a little steep and they get higher every year. I will say... everything is freshly prepared and the ingredients are high quality. The portion sizes are also on the generous side, so the price is worth it. These are my absolute favorite menu items: *Bifteki Platter $20.95 (includes three patties, hand-cut fries, Mediterranean salad, tzatziki, and pita bread) - WOW, this has to be my #1 favorite dish here! The bifteki (baked beef patties) were so juicy and tender. They were like giant meatballs seasoned to perfection with herbs (mint, oregano, parsley). I squeezed some lemon and olive oil on top and every bite was HEAVEN. The pita bread was warm and fluffy. I loved how fresh the salad was. *Greek Club Sandwich $19.95 (includes chicken gyro, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, sauce, and pita bread with hand-cut fries) - What a delicious sandwich! The pita was nice and crispy (similar to a panini). The chicken was smoky and savory. Their hand-cut fries are to die forrr - hot and crunchy! *Frozen Yogurt $6.95-$10.95 - Sometimes I come here JUST to get a cup of froyo. Yes, it's THAT good - the froyo texture is just right. Not too icy and not too watery with a smooth and creamy texture similar to soft serve ice cream. They only have two flavors (vanilla and Greek tart), but they offer specialty toppings. A small cup is more than enough for one person. *Rice Pudding $6.95 - I wish the portion size was bigger because I could eat this nonstop! The pudding is sweet, creamy, and milky with subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Many customers order for pick-up/take-out, but you can also choose to dine in. The interior is stunning and almost makes you forget you're in a fast casual eatery. The hanging light fixtures, flowers, plants, marble tabletops, and wooden furniture transport you to the Mediterranean. The staff is always super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Everyone greets you with a smile! I'm a creature of habit, so I tend to order the same items once I love them. But there's so many other options here that I just have to try more! My wallet thinks it's worth it :')

I first tried The Gyro Project at the location by my job in NYC because my coworkers boasted about it so it was only right to try the OG location in Fort Lee. The food was equally as delicious and full of flavor. The prices are pretty normal with the pita being $12.95. The portion size is big and I end up full not finishing all of it yet but I always want to finish it all. I love the french fries too! They're my fav type. The look of this location is way cuter and bigger than the midtown NYC location. They took the aesthetic of Greece with the flowers. It's so spacious! The service was also great just like the other location. Very welcoming and making sure you have a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Fast casual Greek food. Food was fresh and came out quickly. You can order, they give you a number and you pick a seat. They bring the food to you. There is ample seating + sunlight. Overall the food could use more flavor, the lemon potatoes needed a little more salt and maybe garlic + herbs? The rotisserie chicken was on the dry side and could have used less time rolling in heat. The salad was perfect! A fresh, tasty accompaniment to the chicken. Also the spinach + feta "spring rolls" were an interesting idea and super flavorful. But of course, how could anything fried be bad? For dessert we had The OG froyo. Good + sweet and the perfect ending for dinner. I wish the yogurt was a little more tart, it was on the sweeter side, but still delicious. Overal, I'll definitely be back!

    First time here. So exited!!!

Delivered order -Food: One Box of Six Sticks Chicken Souvlaki: it comes with more than enough food for three people. Has a lot of pita Bread ( I guess?!) , lemon slices. Six sticks of the most wonderful, fresh & flavorful Chicken cubes. Oh my. I think this is the best grilled chicken I've ever tried in my whole life, really. I also brought a side of lemon potatoes were too juicy and combined perfectly chicken main plate. On the side, you get soft but flavorful Tzatziki Thank You very much for fulfill my cravings today. Today is my day off. And I really appreciate this delicious food. Keep doing a wonderful job. My blessings to all the team. Thank you again.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the pork belly platter and the lamb, and both were cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and packed with that mouthwatering char. The sides were just as impressive--fresh, vibrant, and the perfect complement to the meats. The location couldn't be better--plenty of parking, beautiful decor that sets the vibe, and music that's top tier. You can tell they put thought into every detail, from the food to the atmosphere. Everything tasted so fresh and well-seasoned, and the service was just as great as the meal. Portion sizes were generous, and the whole experience was an absolute win. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great space with many table options and beautiful interior! There were more people coming as time passed and the line was almost never empty! I had heard great things about their frozen yogurt but the food was also delicious. I got the appetizer size falafel which was very filling and the Green Goddess sauce was delicious - so much so I took it home. The OG Fries were nothing I haven't tried before but I appreciated how crispy the fries were even with the soft feta blocks. I got the TGP Classic with original frozen yogurt - you also have the option to have it with vanilla frozen yogurt, which is sweeter and creamier. But the tartness of the frozen yogurt paired deliciously with the smooth olive oil. I was tempted by the Dubai Chocolate so I'll have to try it next time!

We ordered for take out on a rainy overcast day and was surprise when I walked into the restaurant for pick up- clean, brightly lit with lots of lights, and all around wonder ambiance! Food is of high quality, portions are generous, and beyond my expectations. I personally ordered "I'll Have The Salmon" platter is so filling, it could easily be two meals. The grilled salmon is cooked perfectly and sides included are delicious! My only suggestion- Some of the potatoe pieces were too large and the flavors wasn't infused into the center. My husband ordered their "Souvlaki Platter"- a chicken entree with a side of falafel add-on. He has a big appetite but unable to finish the meal in one go due to the large portion. He'd order this dish again, very palatable. And talking about what we'd order it again, it is their OG fries loaded with feta cheese! Yum!! Their soft serve is a must try, we ordered their Samoa vanilla soft serve loaded extra crunchy coconut chips, chocolate and caramel drizzles!!!

I made my first visit to Cheongsu, a super homey Korean cafe featuring drinks, pastries, and desserts. Given the weather, I went with their strawberry matcha bingsu. I noticed that Mavi's has installed wall mounted televisions, which scroll menu items, specials, and upcoming events. This was my first time ordering from their brunch menu and it was outstanding. My Western Omelette (ham, onion, mushroom, pepper, egg, potato, arugula, almond slices) was an excellent choice. Every ingredient was fresh, the eggs were fluffy, and it was accompanied by a side salad and two large slices of multigrain bread. The other items were the artistically presented Avocado Salad (Avocado, tomato, onion crisp, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, arugula mixed salad, almond slices with balsamic glaze and sesame dressing) and the Toowoomba Shrimp Donkatsu (crispy, golden-fried cutlet smothered in a rich, creamy, and spicy Cajun Toowoomba sauce with shrimp, onions, and mushrooms, served alongside a half-portion of pasta). This dish is succulent, creamy, pleasantly spicy, and thoroughly enjoyed. I'll never dine at Mavi's without ordering a Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, mushroom, bulgogi beef, kimchi, scallion, spicy mayo drizzle). Not only does every ingredient dance in your mouth, but the soft beet infused crust makes this one of the best pizzas I've happily savored.

I like the Snow White pizza. The brunch menu also looks nice but I wish there were more sweet options on it.
