I've been going to her for at least 4+ years now and she's awesome! She's always up on the latest hair trends and techniques. I trust her advice even when she tells me not to do one of my crazy hair ideas. She really cares about her clients and is a super cool/nice person. My credit card bill says I paid 235.60. I think they upsold the "type" of massage without talking with me about it. They also charge a 4% credit card surcharge, which violates merchant rules with the networks and is not very expected for a high-end establishment and price point. 2. Sadly my massage just wasn't very effective. Very light pressure throughout. I left with most of all the same muscle tension that I went in with. I've had a lot of massages and this one was like 95th percentile in price and 30th percentile in effectiveness.
