After working with Beth and following her advice, our daughter finally rolled over the day after the 3rd class. Quickly after that, she started getting into sitting on her own. We were disappointed that the last class was canceled only because we wanted to share with Beth our daughter's accomplishments in the two weeks since we had last seen her. Lauren has walked us through each step of occupational therapy with grace and confidence. Not once have I felt like I was being judged or that my child was in the wrong hands. Lauren is incredible with babies. Therasens works as a team when something comes up and we have had the opportunity to see that happen time and time again to help support the children in need. The front desk is organized, efficient, and helpful when needing to change appointments. Parents of children over 18 months are asked to stay in the waiting room, but because we have a baby, we are allowed to go in the back to watch each step of the process. (I'm sure exceptions can be made). During that time, I have observed nothing but kindness, compassion, and resilience from the therapists in Therasens. She promised to provide more clear recommendations after we shared our concerns that the evaluation was too generic and not actionable; she didn't follow through after she said she would and then changed her tune and refused to provide it after we had to follow up several times. She consistently goes back and forth on what she says and doesn't say. It's super confusing. And when private sessions cost so much, it's not fair that people like Hiral can swindle money from families that put their child's development first. They rarely seemed busy and now it really makes sense because Hiral is the definition of fake it till you make it. During sessions, she was extremely aggressive in her approach with our daughter and it was the opposite of every other therapy session that I've witnessed. It doesn't work for younger kids and she wasn't able to recognize that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH OT Park and Hiral. It's clear she's more interested in fake videos on social media than really helping kids and their development. Hiral, I recommended not responding to this review because you've already demonstrated that you have no desire to do the right thing and any reply would simply be another excuse. Additionally do not mention anything about my daughter because it'll be a HIPPA violation.
