I am so glad I found this plumbing company. I am mostly impressed with the personal service I received from the actual owner of the company. My water heater was leaking badly. I am a consumer who does my homework and I do not just call a professional and hope for the best product and best price. My experience with MTHS has been exceptional. I just moved into a new house and after moving in I found I could not park both my cars in the (2) car garage. This was because they had made an error and installed the water heater in the back of the garage. I suggested the builder replace the water heater with one of the tankless variety. After 3 months of inactivity I called around to price tankless units hoping my proactive approach would get the ball rolling. I finally landed on MTHS and spoke to Len their senior tech. He came out even though he felt the builder would opt for his own plumbing company if they did become agreeable. Even so, Len took the time to explain the best system for me. I called Len back and told him the builder would insist on using his own plumbers if they would consider my request. Len thanked me and offered to be of assistance if I ever did need his service. I had a great experience with My Texas Home Services with the installation of our water heater. Our technician Len Waatti was so nice and professional, he even came out on a Sunday! As a new home owner I am constantly learning new things about home ownership and i am assured that my home is in good hands with this company. They are very considerate towards affordability as well and gave me many options when i was considering to update my appliances. Len Waatti our Senior Tech Service Rep. was professional, honest and courteous. What he said he would do he did. We had a water heater go out and My Texas Home Services came to our home on. Friday evening, gave us a very fair estimate, told me when they would be here to begin work, how long it would take and exactly how much it would cost. Len and a trainee (Shawn) showed up the next more exactly on time and they went right to it. What I was most impressed with was that I overheard Len teaching Shawn as he went and I thought this is how you build a reputable company. Len was thoughtful but at the same time demanding and instructed why the job had to be done right. He fixed a LOT of plumbing problems FAST!!! They Unclogged the Kitchen dink in MINUTES from the side of the house , The Last plumber (Binley) had unclogged the main sewer line from the roof after being unable to figure out how to do it from the main line , Binley (my last plumber) was supposed to unclog the kitchen sink too, they failed at this completely ... He was able to replace the main shutoff valve at the toilet, put a new rebuild kit into the 2nd toilet, rearrange & stop the leaks under the sink that had resulted from a Garbage disposal install, and replace the cartridge in the Bathtub washerless shower all at a VERY reasonable price... The fast was appreciated as the Bathtub faucet had a hot water leak that needed fixing ASAP!!!! (small) BEST plumber out there bar none... read more

This company did a phenomenal job installing my water heater and air compressor. I had multiple companies come out to give me quote and I knew this was the company I was gonna use just by the knowledge and professionalism their tech Len portrayed. He immediately pointed out that that whoever installed the original water heater did not have it grounded and showed me the unconnected wire coming from the wall. He also pointed out that the gas lines were not the correct size for my huge 75 gallon unit and the gas lines did not have a condensation/dirt trap (line that drops down to catch that stuff). The employees and especially Sean took time to explain all benefits of replacing our large tank water heater with a tankless... and gave us a good quote..We had a contract with Frymire for service and called them first but there were ridiculous in the suggestions and pricing was triple what others would have charged. "My Texas Home Services" sent a great team and they removed the old hot water heater (on second floor) and had to also work out of a 3rd floor attic and roof. I'm a very happy customer! This was my first time using this company. They were great from start to finish! The lady who helped me in booking the appointment ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name), all the way to Len my service man. When I found out my service call fee was only $25 I was thrilled!
