She quickly, and securely made payment with me over the phone and promptly sent the receipt. (I live in Canada) She not only delivered a beautiful cake to my fiancé, but he only had good things to say about the flavour, texture, and quality of the cake. Hopefully it was a heavy handed baker that accidently poured more "almond extract" than meant too into the pie filling, that you could not taste either strawberry or rhubarb.
