Our dog has never gotten sick or anything like that and looked great on pick up. He is not the easiest dog to work with, but they do a great job at taking care of him. Even when calling in from time to time to check on him, they never sound bothered and give great updates. They don't treat them as just animals that are being boarded and they seem to truly understand the significance that dogs hold to their owners.

My dog was scared to death, and was standing there frozen while the other bigger dogs humped him. Finally after I pointed and exclaimed, another person went in to break it up. I havent been back here since last August. Stay away. Lastly 4) this place is for people who work nearby who only care about convenience, it might as well be a crappy kennel, its definitely staffed by clueless young people who dont know how to communicate with customers or with their other coworkers. There is a wonderful place in Enfield where my boy goes now, it costs me more in gas to get there but its worth it for my canine family member.

She made the process so simple and truly provided such an enriching and loving long weekend for our dog, complete with many hikes, walks, and swims. She kept us updated all weekend with photos of him, and brought him for our wedding portraits. He was so calm and relaxed, freshly shampoo'd and ready to go!
